Interesting flavor when added to rum
I had never heard of this product before, so decided to give it a try. The jury's still out on whether or not it increases libido, however, lol. It does impart a new flavor when added to light rum. I put some chunks of boie bande in a jar with about a cup of rum and after 2-3 weeks it turned the rum brown and added a flavor like root beer or sassafrass.
