I need this product I have acid reflux I have to take a medication that deplete me of vitamin B5 it's important to keep your hair thick and lush.

BulkSupplements contacted me offering to send me a product of my choice in exchange for a review of the product within 14 days. I chose Vitamin B5 to help with adult acne based on reviews I've read on other websites. I don't know if what I have would be classified as "adult acne;" but whatever it is (relatively continuous small breakouts), it started when I turned 27. Prior to that, I NEVER had issues with acne - even as a teenager. Anyway, after years of experimenting with everything imaginable to clear my skin, I figured I'd give this a try. So far, I would like to believe that I see slight improvement; however, I don't believe it's been long enough to make an informed decision. I'm simply giving BulkSupplements what they asked for - a review within 14 days. Hopefully I'll remember to give an update after a month of continuous use. Tastes terrible, by the way. But I expected this much. UPDATE: 5/09/2014 I've been taking this product consistently since I first received it and even purchased an additional 100 grams in an effort to be both hopeful and patient for skin results. Although I have not noticed any drastic improvements, I *want to believe* that it's working. My pores may be slightly less noticeable. And I may have slightly less serious breakouts. I have noticed that I haven't had any cystic nodules pop up since I've been taking B5 - so that's a plus. I think that drastic improvements may be unrealistic and it's possible that the improvements happen over time... say, three months or so? Ergo, I will continue to take more/purchase more. I suppose patience is key when awaiting change. UPDATE: 7/06/2014 Still taking the B-5 consistently. I can finally see a difference. My face isn't 100% clear, but it is by far the clearest it has been since my skin troubles started. I am officially impressed. I like it. This b5 along with other supplements to support adrenal fatigue are really helping me out. I had been trying to treat my fatigue with mostly herbs....and it just was not working, until I added b vitamins and some amino acids (l-carnitine and l-tyrosine). My supplement closet is steadily growing thanks to Bulk Supplements and their free-product-offer-in-exchange-for-review deal. The products have all been great. And here is a little tip for dealing with the ziplock problem on the bags: put the products in mason jars! Glass is better to store supplements in and the lids are air-tight. Remember to copy all the info from the bag onto a label before you toss it out. You'll need the expiration date and the serving info. This blends really well with water. I add it to my glass of buffered ascorbic acid and l-carnitine in the morning. The vit.C really helps cut the bitterness. Taste never really bothers me if it is a supplement I need, I'm going to take it no matter the taste.
