What I like most is that the fabric is very soft, so although you have something tightened around your skin with weight in it (that can be uncomfortable enough) it feels very comfortable. The quality is very nice and I feel like these will be really easy to add to my fitness routine.

Pockets are a tight fit, great while in use as the weights won't shift at all. But, a bit difficult - for me - to remove and replace. But, I'm old and arthritic, it wasn't a problem for my husband (old but not arthritic), he said, tight but not difficult. I found them bands easy to use, comfortable to wear, no rubbing or sagging. Very happy with them.
