what are the ingredients?

I have the Sensodyne extra whitening. Active ingredients are Potassium nitrate 5%, sodium fluoride 0.24% (0.15^ w/v fluoride ion). Inactive ingredients: water, hydrated silica, glycerin, pentasodium triphosphate, PEG-8, flavor, titanium dioxide, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium methlcocoyl taurate, xanthan gum, sodium hydroxide, sodium saccharin, sucralose

Why is there no seal?

all 3 of my tubes where sealed.

Some reviewers stated that this is a fake product; is it? I have used Sensodyne toothpaste for decades and is there a fake and how do I tell?

Yes, Amazon is becoming a purveyor of counterfeit products because they 'co-mingle' supplies from all sellers who provide product. It doesn't matter if you buy it directly from Amazon, or a third party seller with 5 star reviews, or a third party seller with 1 star reviews. Regardless, someone (or a robot) at the warehouse is going to go to the Sensodyne toothpaste bin, grab a random one, and send it to you. And it could've come from anywhere. This means you have NO idea whether your product came from the legit manufacturer or some unknown 'supplier' in Turkey or India.
