Resistance Bands for Working Out, 5 Levels Elastic Exercise Bands

The bands are better than I expected! They feel a bit flimsy maybe, but they hold up without issue (so far). The bag on the other hand, started falling appart at the seams. But that's easily replaceable. It also included a guide with different exercises you can do with the bands, which is pretty good if you have no idea where to begin.

As a user, I really like these resistance bands. They’re durable and comfy to hold, with good elastic range. I’d give them 4 out of 5 stars because the door anchor sometimes slips. Still, they’re great for workouts at home.

Have you ever put on a pair of rubber or latex gloves? That is about the thickness of these 'Resistance Bands.' The rubber is tacky and the X-Light band was difficult to separate. Used on your legs (which I need to do) they would be difficult to put on. They don't feel like they would last long in a real workout. Most actual rubber bands are made of thicker material. In the photo, the green band is X-Light and the red is Heavy. You can see how thin they are. Now I know why they were so cheap. You get what you pay for. Resist wasting your money on these 'Resistance Bands.'

ya i love these, slip a little bit but that could just be me, stretch good without any sign of strain, pretty good for cheap
