I really like this product - actually does as advertised, by dissolving in liquids, foods, etc! No grittiness, no flavour.

I can get the benefits of fibre without the horrible added flavours. I can add it to my baking to help even out the Carbohydrates a bit, decrease the bad fats and stay regular all at the same time.

I was given a new medication, which causes constipation. Nothing I tried worked - natural or man-made, to stop that. So went back to the old tried and tru, and this works. Sometimes it clumps, and sometimes it's completely invisible. You just have to have a good shaker to get all the clumps out.
