I love the lights but have a problem. I am using one string from a 100’ set and one from a 120’ string. They have different controllers, one is white and plugs in, the other is black with screw together connectors. All of the lights come on as programmed by the app, but the string from the 120’ set (black controller) does not turn off as programmed. It has to be turned off manually. I was offered a replacement but wonder if it is something in the app not being set right. I would like some advice before I have to remove them and put in another set. I did tape over the connector on each controller that is not used.

I bought this 100 ft neon rope light for a decorating project, and I really like how much coverage you get from one set. With this length, you can outline a large room, gaming area, patio, or other space without feeling like you ran out of lights halfway through the job. The colors are bright, and having both the app and remote makes it easy to change the look without constantly getting up. I especially like the different lighting modes and music sync feature because it can go from simple accent lighting to full party mode pretty quickly. 😂 The flexible design also makes it much easier to work around corners and create different shapes compared with traditional rigid lighting. I also appreciate the IP65 rating for outdoor use, although I still try to keep the connections and power components protected whenever possible. Overall, this is a fun and versatile lighting setup with plenty of length, lots of color options, and enough features to completely change the atmosphere of a room.

Extremely happy with these neon rope lights. The light output is bright and vivid, and the flexibility makes installation effortless. The app and remote controls respond quickly with plenty of mode and color choices.

After having them up for a month they fail after multiple times and buying tap for it.

After I found the LotusLamp X app on the Google Play app store, it became much easier to do what I wanted with these lights. I find these to be far superior to the LED strips I had before, and they look better when transitioning around corners. Just have to be smart about how you're doing it and think it through. These have a Neon like glow to them, vs. the dots of the standard LED tape strips. They're more durable with their rubber exterior, and that also means it's highly water resistant, so you can use them outside. The two 50 foot lengths per box means it is long enough so you can wrap fully around most rooms. They require Bluetooth (like I said, I like the ***LotusLamp X*** version of the app) but it's easy to manage, set timers, and patterns, etc. Don't be afraid to use the clips either. I tried to make them stretch by using them about every 2.5 feet, but I was left with more than half. Whether this is for your house, inside or out, they should do a very good job for their price point and provide a fun atmosphere or decoration.

The lights look good and they are easy to install. They are not individually addressable. So, They can only show one color at a time. Be very careful not to pinch them in any way; they will short out and melt. I ordered 3 boxes to use outdoors around the concrete walkway in my pool area. I think they look nice, but i had to request a replacement for 2 of the strands (1 box) as they shorted a week after installation. I think that for the price they are decent. Just be careful where and how you install them to reduce any risk of fire.

These lights are BRILLIANT! They're effective, stylish, and super easy to install. I've set up two sets outside, and they look fantastic. The mobile app controls are a game-changer—very intuitive and simple to set up. For my installation, I used waterproof profile housing and extension wires to make it work perfectly for the outdoor space. Very good quality, brightness of the LEDS is good and is affordable.

After moving in to a house with a large conservatory which had no mains powered lights, I thought of using LED lift strip as a quick and cheap option to add some lighting. I bought a 15M COB Light Strip, which came with a UK 3 pin plug and transformer. I installed the light strip around the top of the conservatory using the very sticky self adhesive backing, even on the 25% brightness setting it’s enough to light up the whole room. The 100% brightness setting is very bright indeed! Using the QR code on the transformer to download the mobile app was quick and easy, I find the app has more controls than the included remote control. You can switch on the lights and change the brightness levels from the app. Very quick and simple to install & use.

The product is well packaged and just works when plugged in. The LEDS even on proper full brightness (come onto that later) run at between 35c and 39c in an open space (my office), so are pretty safe around items. Now the main points: 1) The provided controller is a bit temperamental and gets easily confused over the 100%/50%/25% setting. The brightness up button tends to also drop back one 'step' from the brightest, so is a bit buggy. 2) It does remember the last setting, which is good 3) The Infra red works well however many of the competition are now radio controlled and it does mean you need to have the infrared receiver ( attached to the controller) visible, which may not be practical 4) The main issue is that even though it has a 24v power supply, the controller must be using PWM or similar which keeps the current within the limited capability of the general purpose 1A (only) power supply. In other words, if you want a light strip that has 'ok' brightness, then this is ok, but if you want to get the most out of this you will need to get yourself a 2A 24v power supply (often sold as for LEDs), and throw away the controller!
