Ustensile de haute qualité indispensable en cuisine
Qu'il s'agisse de friture ou de préparer des pâtes, notamment tortellini, gnocchi, farfalle, penne et d'autres encore (mais pas les spaghetti) l'araignée est indispensable et ne retient pas le liquide, contrairement à une écumoire.Cet ustensile Rösle en inox est de haute qualité et durera de très très longues années !

「陽峯産業 18-8 すくいっこ LL」を揚げ物など便利に使っていましたが、柄の根本と掬う部分の溶接が一部が外れて、バネの様にびろんびろんになってしまったので買い直そうとした時、割引されてほぼ同じ値段で見るからに丈夫そうなこの商品を発見しました。すくいっこ LLより柄が長く、掬う部分も大きいですが、かなり丈夫そうで業務用！って感じで一生買い直す事はないと思います
