The scent is great. It opens my nostrils up nicely. I use before sleep and fall asleep faster. No side effects. I don’t get a taste from them. They last quite a while. I think these work great and I will continue to order them.

Very handy item. It does help briefly with congestion, but in my case at least, I still need to take antihistamines and guaifenesin to help keep my nose clear. This is a great value, with 3 in the packet, so I can keep one in my purse, another at bedside, and a third by my desk.

Just a nice little bapo tube, to keep with u. Lasted good so far. Good in winter cold & flu season. Not over-powering.

I used a lot of stuff trying to catch a breath. No one seams to know why I have very hard time yo catch a breath. Nice soft menthol and camphor that cleats the sinuses from mild congestion and allergies. Not useful for severe congestion. Last for a short time but is convenient to carry.
