Item shipped really quickly. It has a great accuracy and works well. I like that it has an app you can download which makes it easy to keep track of your temps etc. It was easy to set and and easy to use.

I find it annoying to have to download an app to use this properly. I downloaded the app to get this going but then erased it as soon as I did. The battery dies very quickly so it is a good thing they included a second one. This died in less than a month's use (a month went by but since I am trying to get in the habit of using it, I have not been using it consistently yet, so that is not a huge vote of confidence).Overall, it is a great idea but the execution leaves something to be desired.

The LCD is only lit momentarily. Therefore, you need a light to use this. It takes a long time to make a reading which is OK. It died after less than 2 months of daily use. The screen just flickers and shows random symbols. Battery replacement did not help

Great smart thermometer. It is 10 times more precise than regular body temperature thermometers and has 2 digits of precision after floating point instead of 1 as with regular thermometers. For better accuracy it's recommended to take measurements orally before getting off the bed in the morning (lowest body temperature point). The additional precision allows reliably spot ovulation phase based on slightly elevated temperatures due to hormone release. Yes it's indirect, but urine tests are messy and often unreliable. Thermometer is powered by a single CR2032 battery which is included into the package along with a special tool to pry battery compartment door open. Small flat screwdriver or knife will work as well. Holster has a slot for lanyard. Manual contains QR with a link to the branded app at Google and Apple app stores. App syncs up with thermometer and downloads temperature diary to the phone. Date of ovulation phase is calculated along with some dates that you need to enter based on daily temperature values. During the pregnancy monitoring body temperature is vitally important for the health of the fetus. After the pregnancy device can be used to track fever temperatures and share it with medical professionals or family members. Also using history you can track how many times you fall sick this year vs last year and whether that flu vaccine really worked better this year.

I’ve used this thermometer a handful of times, I wasn’t consistent with use. The battery has already died. Again, I’ve kept it in the case, so it hasn’t been on and the battery is reading low.

Before getting started, I'd highly recommend bringing the thermometer to your OBGYN or call them for step by step help and instructions. I say this because, even though this company did a fabulous job with breaking everything down to a T, the exact science and math behind it can be a bit intimidating! (There are literally square roots on the instructions).Besides that, I love the design. It's definitely purse-friendly! The coral rose pink is very cute and it's lightweight. I did notice the top side says, "basal thermometer". I remember the company advertising a "hidden" design so that folks won't be all in your business and thinks the thermometer is make-up or something. Putting the name kind of defeats the purpose, lol!I love that it's bluetooth activated and you can use it first thing in the morning with the company's app. The how-to's are easy to understand and getting results are easy as well. I really like it!

With a daughter putting her birth control faith into a basal temperature option.. I’m skeptical at best, wanting to insure a product is easy to operate and offers a way to prove it’s being used correctly.. not an easy feat. Included instructions are very mathematically and scientifically thorough- more complex than expected. In looking for just simple step-by-step process without all the needed skill set to understand.. this didn’t offer it. This Info can leave one overwhelmed.. so be certain you understand process prior as it’s a tool to be used in unison with a medical professional- IMHO.Sweet as can be in rose gold lipstick container- it is small and discrete for on the go- right up until they print the name on the exterior..? Printing “basal thermometer” defeats privacy purpose!! Includes battery for the LED screen- this is back lit with digital results creating an easy visual to read. I appreciate it sounds a “beep” to let you know when temp. has been registered.. but, depending on setting you choose to measure in- this may take upwards of x3-5 min. collecting results.. not quick if running late for work!Where this must be more transparent.. is its needing to be used in tandem with an app- AN APP THAT CHARGES USER A MONTHLY FEE..!! This should to be clear prior to purchase for buyer to decide if they want to proceed.. sold at a higher price point of $50.. we assumed app was included with pricing. Also, one must feel confident to store personal medical info. in a foreign apps cloud storage. tbh, this was an issue for me- so just something you need to consider.May be right for some- it didnt meet our personal needs as expected. A few things to consider prior to deciding if it’s right for you. Hoping info can help- stay safe everyone.

This was a little confusing at first but once I figured it out, it was easier to use. Its simple to store and is easy to read.
