This is great , much better than a bag of frozen peas ! It fits neatly and snugly around the foot. It can also be used on hand and elbow. I bought the double pack as good value!

Freeze well, however the straps are too short they barely reach round a very swollen ankle and only just enough to loosely hold in place. Had the straps been longer I would have given a five star as these are good, with the exception of the straps. Will perhaps have to buy a different set from elsewhere as these would be fine on a wrist etc, definitely not for an ankle the size of a cantaloupe!!

Die Kühlmanschetten könnten etwas größer sein. Bei Schuhgröße 41/42 hält der Verschluss gerade so. Kühlung ist gut.
