Good quality pickleball shoes
These are really good quality pickleball shoes, they fit great and have very good support.I wear them on wood, rubber and concrete courts. They run a little small, so you need to up your size by a 1/2.

Nice shoes for a good value.
Nice shoes and true to size. The wear seems normal after playing a couple of hours a day for approximately 5 days per week. They lasted about 4 months before I started to see significant wear in the bottoms. The uppers show no signs of wear. I use a more supportive insole for extra support and comfort.

Too small
Shoes were great - but Amazon recommended a size 11 based on past purchases. I purchased them and they were way too small. I bought 11.5 and they were too small also. So maybe go up 1/2 size if what you think you should get.

Sole wore through after 1.5 months of use
This is my third pair of K-Swiss pickleball shoes. The prior 2 pairs lasted for 3 months, with the soles wearing through after 3 months of play. Other players have told me that 3 months of use from K-Swiss pickleball shoes is typical. One shoe from this pair has worn out in 6 weeks of playing about 10 hours per week on outdoor and indoor pickleball courts. The sole has worn through. Overall, the wear on the soles of both shoes is much higher than what I have seen for any of the pickleball shoes that I have owned from any brand. The rest of the shoe (the upper portion of the shoe) looks like new.

Pickleball shoe lacks ventilation, hard insole
Expected more from this pickleball shoe. Had been using Asics Gel-Remna shoes but decided to try the K-Swiss brand. Shoe is narrow even half size up from my walking shoe. There are 2 issues with this shoe: first, it doesn't ventilate at all! My socks were soaked after playing, I never had that happen in my other pickleball shoes. Second, the insole is very thin and hard, feels like no cushioning at all. I had to spend more money to buy gel insoles to replace the factory insoles and now the shoe is more comfortable to play in. Other than these 2 issues, shoe itself plays well, good traction. But will not buy these again.

Beware: Shockingly Poor Quality and Customer Service from K-Swiss
I recently purchased a pair of K-Swiss pickleball sneakers on Amazon, and my experience with both the product and the company's customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare. The sneakers, marketed as a premium product, proved to be shockingly poor in quality. After only a few months of very light indoor use, a grommet broke during the routine process of tying the laces. This is not wear and tear or mishandling on my part; it's a clear indication of a manufacturing defect or design flaw.Upon reaching out to K-Swiss customer support, I was met with an appalling level of dismissiveness and a refusal to acknowledge the obvious quality issue. As a 69-year-old retired business owner, I found their insinuation that I intentionally damaged the sneakers not only offensive but completely baseless. My decades of prioritizing customer satisfaction in my own business only made their lack of concern for a customer even more shocking. To add insult to injury, their proposed solution was a paltry 25% discount on my next purchase. This, despite the fact that K-Swiss is currently offering a 30% discount on all purchases. It's a clear indication of their disregard for customer loyalty and an attempt to save face without addressing the real issue. From a business perspective, the lack of accountability is staggering. It's apparent that K-Swiss is more interested in short-term gains than in retaining loyal customers. Sneakers, which likely cost them around $60 per pair, are marked up at a 100% margin. Even considering a replacement cost of $30 for the defective shoe, the company stands to gain $510 over the next 5 years if I continue purchasing their sneakers. This shortsightedness is astonishing. In conclusion, if you're considering purchasing from K-Swiss, I urge you to think twice. The quality of their products is questionable at best, and their customer service is abysmal. My experience has been so negative that I cannot, in good conscience, recommend K-Swiss to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and look elsewhere for your athletic footwear needs.
