Edge ST shudder fix
I have a 2019 Edge ST with 32k miles. Ever since I bought it, it's had a shudder on tight turns that seemed to be coming from the rear diff. I got some of this and drained and filled with it and my shudder noise is gone. The blue color is nice too. Quality product that I would highly recommend.

Excellent performance out of the bottle!
The subject is my 184,000 mile car with a Getrag 260 transmission which seemed to start showing its age lately. When taking off in first and then into second gear, you could hear a clakety-clack sound when the car was not fully warmed up. The sound was more noticeable after the clutch was replaced and I thought that soon I would either need to get a new transmission or replace the car. At a stop sign, in neutral, while waiting for the light to change, you could hear strange noises coming from the gear box. They would go away when you depressed the clutch pedal. I decided to give this gear oil a chance. The results were immediate: all the gear noises are gone, shifts are glass smooth. Performance with a cold or warm transmission are excellent. No teeth grinding when shifting. It just feels like a brand new car. :)Hats off to the engineers at RedLine lubricants.

Sheerness, warmth and thickness?
Not sure what is going on with the suggestions for this oil, seriously Amazon, sheerness, warmth and thickness? Whatever, regardless, this oil has been running in my trans for about 2 years now and I have never had an issue. Shifts are smooth and crisp and solid. Never had a slip or hesitation. As much as that can be attributed to the gear oil this stuff is doing it’s job Across the country or across town, this stuff has performed without issue.

If you have an aging Subaru transmission, this may buy you time
First off: unless you use Gear 300, never use a synthetic in these older boxes. You will experience synchro grind and when that happens, your options are limited. This product helped me when I made that mistake. Since I live in a colder climate, I wanted to get away from running a conventional gear oil. Walmart used to have a semi-synthetic that worked great but they no longer make it. After making the rounds of synthetics, my synchros were not happy with me, the only thing so far that is working is a straight gearbox full of this. Time and temperature will tell if this truly does help.

Blue, like the blood of a smurf
Unnaturally blue, smooth and slippery though.Hopefully Gargamel sends us a present for slaying all of the local Smurf population while lubing up our undercarriages
