HomePop Round Leatherette Storage Ottoman with Lid, Cinnamon Red Large

Even though I'd read many of the reviews and looked at photos and measurements, this ottoman is much larger than I expected. Two children could easily sit side-by-side, and two adults sitting on my love seat could prop their feet up comfortably. It appears carefully made with good fit and neat stitching. There is plenty of storage room. The inside measures 20.5 inches across by 9.75 inches deep for a volume of 1.86 cu ft. The only thing that prevented a 5-star review is that the inside bottom seems made of thin material that won't support a lot of weight and may sag with time. It could be perfectly adequate for things that don't weigh much like pillows and blankets but it did diminish my overall perception of quality. In contrast, the top feels very substantial and I wouldn't hesitate use it as a low seat. The color is a little darker than the online photo but perfectly matches my red pillow, and adds a nice color pop to my apartment. For the price this is a very good value and I'm happy with my purchase. UPDATE - almost 6 years of constant use prompted me to upgrade from 4 to 5 stars. It hardly shows wear, still looks almost new and there's no inner sagging as I'd feared. Just a few tiny holes poked when the cat jumps up on it, that can't be helped. Truly love it. I’m super happy with this new ottoman. It’s the perfect color of red for new mountain house that has a lot of earthy, rustic colors - rusty reds and apricot/oranges, browns, sage greens, etc. It was effortless to put the 4 legs on. It is much larger than I expected, for under $100. Well made with an extr bonus: big storage space inside (padded lid lifts off). The padded top is comfortable to put feet up. Looks like leather but it’s guilt free leatherette. I love it and would recommend. 👍👍

The ottoman size is great—not too big, not too small, pretty light. I checked its measurements before ordering and compared the height to our living room furniture to ensure a comfortable level for resting feet. The round style is attractive, and I plan on ordering a round serving tray for the top. No toxic smell. Although, the box the stool was shipped in had a huge warning for DEHP. California Prop 65 warnings seem hard to avoid. You can buy used furniture and possibly face mite or germy issues too. It is a sad state of affairs. The dark red color was a bit of a surprise. We have cherry red couches. The ottoman red is close to Falu Red: hex code #7B1818. Assembly is simple: take 10 minutes to screw on the feet.

I ordered 2 of these exact ottomans 7 years ago for about $100 each from Wayfair, I think. I love the color and the storage. It is a very sturdy piece of furniture. That said, for some reason, one of the 2 started deteriorating around the rim of the lid, peeling off on the edges. Just the one, for some reason. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon last week. I nailed the order when it was on sale for $65, more than worth the price! And I'm happy to report that the color hasn't changed at all and matches the much older ottoman I have.

Love this ottoman. Matches my family room furniture. Dr recommended I elevate my feet whenever possible as an alternative to wearing compression stockings. Love the storage space underneath the ottoman too.

Those coffee table ottomans are bigger but as far as an ottoman intended for one person's use, these are huge. Check the measurements carefully if you have a space issue. I got two for our den and then pretty much fill up the place. They're a nice rich red color and easily big enough to provide sitting space in a pinch. Glad I bought my giant ottomans.

I just had abdominal surgery, and this ottoman, hands-down, is the best thing ever. I can sit comfortably in my favorite reading chair, put my legs up, and it doesn’t hurt. The storage capacity is perfect for holding blankets. Love it, and I’m very glad that I bought it.

I love this ottoman! It is my coffee table at times, to hold a snack and drink , or it is a footstool - at the perfect height to match my couch, or it's an ottoman, with blanket throw stowed inside. All around perfect and the color pop was a perfect addition to my decor. I wanted to get rid of my shin banging old school wood and glass coffee table, and this is so much more functional and stylish. Very easy assembly to attach the short legs on it. I love it.

So pleased with this ottoman. It’s the perfect size with ample storage space for two blankets. The colour is very accurate to the description and photos and a good imitation of leather. It ties in beautifully with my living room and provides a nice pop of colour beside the fireplace. This ottoman can’t be beat for good value!

This was a total score. Very stylish, gorgeous colour. We use it as a toy chest/ foot rest in our living room: kids play board games on it, and its a comfortable extra seat. I was really pleased with the quality of it.

Excellente qualité

Love it; took ages to get but worth the wait and will be ordering another one. Loads of storage; this ottoman is big enough for two people's legs.
