I tried for a month didn't realize it was working until end of month. I noticed i wasn't hunger but I was still in the habit of eating at certain times and I would eat even though I wasn't hungry. I noticed when I ate out of habit I felt like I over ate even though I didn't. So got another month worth and makeling sure I'm aware of the old habits of eat just because of time and letting meds do there job. Love them so far, no negative side effects so far.

This is not a miracle drug that you can take while still eating donuts. Used with a healthy portion controlled diet, it helps to drop the weight more quickly. I've been using since May (4 mo). I take a capsule 15 mins before a meal. I fill up quicker and am not hungry for a long time. It has helped control my carb and sugar craving. No side effects and positive results. Worth your time and money

Been taking this for two weeks now. My naturopath recommended traditional GLP-1 after a year of trying to manage my weight with hormones. I’m an ultra distance runner but deal with autoimmune issues, too. Nothing was working to lose the weight (clean eating, lifting heavy, walking instead of increased cortisol with running, etc). I didn’t want traditional GLP1 after finding this product. I thought I’d give it a try first. Ugh. I feel absolutely miserable. I take it as indicated, and while my appetite has surely decreased (despite increased energy which means I much more active - if that were even possible), I am fatter than ever. I look nine months pregnant and am soooooo uncomfortable. I feel sick all the time, am nauseous, and cranky. I’ve increased my water intake dramatically (including electrolytes) to make sure my system stays strong. But even drinking water makes me feel like puking. I think I’m going to take a break or stop it all together. It’s not at all what I thought. (Yes, I read the “what to expect.” My symptoms are way past that most.) I believe every body is different so I’m only sharing as one experience.

This product seems to do what it claims. I’m on my second month and I have noticed a change in my eating. I don’t crave as much as I used to.

Saw online and seems to work okay. Felt some difference in the gut but was also using digestive enzymes and the pre and pro biotic. No taste. Not sure if it's worth the money. The brand is pretty decent brand but the cost if you buy all the bottles is more than a GLP shot monthly;therefore, not sure if worth the cost.

Yes this worked very well . It helped me lose 20 pounds and the good news is you don’t have to take this product for the rest of your life. The idea is to heal your gut . Which helps you feel better so that you eat appropriately.

The packaging was okay, and the product arrived in good condition. However, after using this product as directed, I did not notice any results. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While it may work for others, I did not experience any noticeable benefits and would not purchase it again.
