Good Specs on This CoQ10
I've been taking CoQ10 for a lot of years now, originally starting to alleviate muscle pain in my lower back. It really helped me in that respect so I've been taking it ever since. This Dr. JOEL'S brand of CoQ10 seems to be a very high quality brand, having a much higher concentration of CoQ10 than the brand that I had been taking, plus it is also combined with 100% of the US RDA of Lecithin (from sunflower oil). A really important benefit of the Dr. Joel's is that the formula also includes Bioperine (extracted from black pepper) which enhances the absorption CoQ10 in the body. I am also happy that Dr. Joel's is Made in the USA, is made of non-GMO ingredients, and is manufactured in a GMP Facility. Of course, besides how it helped my back pain there are other health benefits of this product which are mentioned in the product ad, and more can be learned by conducting just a bit of research on trusted on-line sites. For me, it's certainly worth taking on a daily basis!

5 month supply of fast absorbing soft gels
This contains 150 soft gels with 500mg of ubiquinol, 10mg of bioprene, and 50mg of sunflower lectin. The serving size is just 1 daily so this is about a 5 month supply. CoQ10 is a great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, and beneficial for the heart, blood pressure, neuropathy, and much more. Although we consume ubiquinol in meat, fish, and nuts, I like to take a supplement such as this as well. I prefer to use soft gels since they’re more water soluble for better absorption. Plus there’s added bioprene (from pepper) in this which aids absorption as well, so I don’t suspect I’m wasting much of the ubiquinol that I’m after. I like this product all around and appreciate that it’s made in the USA. And I especially like the GMP (Good Manufacturing Products) stamp on the back, which is a certification by NSF International. Since there’s no regulations for supplements, I look for certifications like this to ensure it’s safe to take. Thank you for reading and I hope you find this review and the pictures helpful in making a purchasing decision.

Does not feel like 500mg
I've taken numerous supplement of coq10 from ubiquinone, ubiquinol, and various other forms of coq10 that claim to be fast absorbing or long lasting. From what I've personally experienced for the energy levels that this gives, it does not feel like 500mg to me. It does feel like something though, I just don't know the exact dosage. If feels like it is somewhat less than 500mg. On the bright side it does have vitamin E. I'm guessing this is from the sunflower oil within it. E is actually somewhat hard to get from diet unless you happen to eat those types of foods that have it. Although why they decided to put vitamin E in here, not sure, as most coq10 supplements don't contain this vitamin.
