great scooter, even better customer service
We bought Envy Scooters Prodigy X Street Pro Scooter for our 9 year old (~55lbs) who loves street and park scootering. He goes hard and puts a lot of miles on his scooter. High quality product. He loves it, uses it almost daily. We had some issues initially with loose handlebars/forks, but gravity group (supplier) was responsive and quick to help. No judgement or questioning, quick and helpful service. Would buy from again.

Great trick scooter for kids!
Got this scooter for my son. And he absolutely loves it! It’s a really good scooter. He has taken it to many skateparks and has jumped it and is learning to do tricks and it is still in great shape! The brake on the back works good, it’s not loud. It’s a good bang for your buck and a smooth ride.

Amazing Street Scooter
The 5.5 Inch Wide Deck allows you to do so many more grinds also making 50/50s a lot easier for those who grind. Very lightweight making it easy to throw tricks and you will be able to jump higher plus more control. Rides very smooth, the wheels are really durable and the size of the wheel helps with the wide deck so you dont scrape it while making a low turn. The fully butted ends make it easier for those who want to do IcePick grinds. The quad clamp is a first on the envy prodigy scooters which makes the scooter very durable for stair jumps or just big air in general. I am 5.8 and it fits me perfectly, if you are to tall you can always get new bars/ different scooter. I highly recommend this scooter (intermediate to advanced skill levels mainly but also good for beginners who want to do street)

Great customer service from seller.
Update: I was able to get ahold of the seller, Gravity. They were great to work with and very responsive. The replacement arrived today and my son is thrilled! We ordered this scooter in July of 2024. My son had just turned 12. He is an avid advanced scooter rider in Northern Michigan with a short season for outdoor sports. He is experienced and has a YouTube channel. Today as he was dropping into a park and the weld broke at the base of the handle. Tried to get support on Amazon and troubleshooting options were not helpful. On a positive note, the scooter is lightweight, the wheels are smooth and it is great whether you are a beginner or an advanced scooter rider. Also easy to assemble and take apart.

update: i had it for a year and a half but have only ridden it for less than a year and the deck SNAPPED IN HALF. i’m no where near the weight limit of 220lbs and I did not ride it that hard. i am an adult but this is made for adults so it’s absolutely unacceptable. i do understand it snapped at the welds between the headtube and the deck which is a weak part on any scooter but Envy claims to have updated the contact size for greater strength with this deck and that everything is considered “pro level quality” parts. honestly the wheels, fork and bars are still great so i’m not gonna give it 1 star but right now it’s a 2 star from me down from a 4. buyer beware because the description from Envy is misleading. I’m gonna try to warranty this and see what they do. i’m not gonna give it less than 4 stars because you’re really paying for the deck, forks, headset/compression, compression clamp, and wheels that are all excellent. the bar grips, griptape, break and bar ends don’t really matter as much and they were all excellent except for my right bar end. as you can see in the clip, i did a lil bunnyhop front footer steaze just off the sidewalk onto the road and the right bar end popped off. i later went back to the spot and found it and it was completely smushed (not sure if it was crushed by a car or it was crushed by my hand doing tricks which caused it to fall out) but i’d just recommend paying for upgraded bar ends since i’m not sure if it’s my own user error or a defect in the bar end, but either way it’s not a big deal. the other only super minor thing is that it only ships with one allen key size in the box that only works with the compression clamp and doesn’t fit the wheels or the headset. i found the headset and wheels to be too tight out if the box and needed to adjust them so it could roll faster and the deck/bars could spin more freely. i’m lucky i had another allen key that came with one of my madd gear scooters. the last thing is that the box shipped to me with a hole in it and all the seal tape was cut as you can see in the last picture. everything inside the box was brand new and undamaged though. i’m not sure if purolator did that or ride canada or amazon. either way the actual scooter itself was mint but given these minor issues i feel like 4 stars is deserved, especially with a $320 price tag.

Really had a difficult time inserting the handle shaft into the base. I understand that it needs to be a snug fit but it was almost impossible. Second the video shows a wheel base holder so you can line up the board with the handle. If it was supposed to be included it wasn't. Almost need three hands to hold everything straight and still tighten.
