I had trouble with the joystick from the beginning because it would not control the cameras. I had plans to send it back to the seller, but before the day was done, they got back with me and gave me pointers on what to do. Didn't have certain info with those pointers, but once they gave me that certain info, I now have control of the cameras. I'll need to give these cameras and joystick a try soon, but the customer service was excellent in setting up. Totally would recommend in the future

I used this in conjunction with a Prisual PTZ joystick and another camera and let me tell you it works amazing! The camera quality is awesome, the joystick works perfectly and has plenty of presets for up to 6 cameras and the whole set up is very simple and straightforward. Not to mention, I’ve never had such amazing customer service in my life. The team at Prisual, especially Ariel constantly reached out to me asking if I needed help with anything at all and if everything was working properly. When I did have questions I would send them a message and have a reply within minutes every single time. Very great experience in all. I love these products!

We have been happy with the prisual camera and controller we have, but wanted a firmware upgrade for some of the newer features. We contacted them using their online chat, and received very helpful support. They asked us simple questions, quickly pointing us to the correct file and gave us instructions of how to do the upgrade. They offered to do it themselves, but I chose to do it myself. The firmware upgrade was simple and painless. I was quite pleased by their professionalism, and how well they responded to my desire to do the upgrade myself.

The customer team was fantastic, it had been over a year and they were still ready to assist because I had purchase a new computer. The product is excellent, just as advertised. I am truly grateful. The unit arrived very well packed and on time. It is solid. The controller is probably more than I needed for one camera, but with our potential growth, it is exactly what we needed. Ariel in tech support walked me through all of the options for the AI tracking and other features. With our system, all it needs for physical connection is poE. One poe switcher, and cat5e or 6 to each device, that's it! They send other cables in case you decide to use a different hook up. We will be streaming our church service to FB, and I already did our first test. It was great. Again, I cannot say enough good about the friendly and knowledgeable technical help.

From day one the joystick controller was a nice step up from some homegrown code I'd written - it allowed me to use a game controller joystick to do the same job. This controller makes it much easier to manage all 5 cameras that I typically use (it supports up to 7). The new firmware adds auto-discovery and easier control of auto-tracking for cameras that support that feature. The customer support was extremely responsive, answering email questions about the firmware file locations over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and they offered to help with the process through TeamViewer if I wanted to.

The greatest feature of the Prisual Camera Control is the ability to setup preset camera locations. What that means is that once you have the camera in the position you want it in, you can select the camera on the controller, then push and hold a number on the keypad for a few seconds and that camera location is saved to memory. You then can press that button you selected to return the camera to the position you selected. As you can see in the photo, our church live stream station can be run by just one person.

I like that it can use Sony and other protocols! The problem is there not being a preview screen to see which camera is active. When I say preview screen, I'm talking about a small screen to show the camera being displayed. The cheap ontif camera has that functionality, but this one which is more expense, doesn't which is a turn off because it would have been good to have that function combined with the versatility of its current condition. The way around that is just having a multi view display available.
