Not yet installed, but has good features and is a solid build quality
I ordered this nearly a year ago for a door replacement that has not yet happened. I have an obligation to review it, but I'm not sure when that will be. I can say that I've installed a number of smart locks/handles and have yet to have a real "fail." They are not all the same, but so far all of them work. I assume this one will too. I can also say that from inspecting it, the lock is solid, feels good in the hand, looks nice, and appears to have a good build quality--all at least average or better than most. It isn't very expensive, so it probably isn't the best, but my bet is it is worth the price.I like that it has three unlocking modes, including the key if the electronic features fail. I love that an app or online account is completely unnecessary to use this lock.

DONT WORK FOR LONG
They are amazing looking! That's about it. They stop working after a while. It's not batteries either. They have no communication and then you can beat on it and it might work for a few more times then it goes black and doesn't work at all. Warrantied out a few and then just gave up. Save your money and buy regular locks. Ones that actually function all the time. These are cheap Chinese locks. Good ones will probably last forever but cost 10x more.Summary: looks good but doesn't work for long. I bought 15 of these.... so I know.

We really love this.
We really are loving this new fingerprint door knob. My husband had issues installing it initially, but when our son was here for Xmas he figured it out, thanks to one reviewer who explained a lot of the install info.I’m not sure why the instructions for something this technical would be so cryptic, but nevertheless, it’s in and I love it! If you’re like me and have a lot of kids that come and go from college, college, college and then the kids home it’s , school, school, the key situation became an issue. And even though I have a really good alarm system (now), this is just an added sense of security that I was looking for. I’m able to program in a number that both my child (any one of them) and I knows, and also that I can change it at will. Their fingerprint is a really great feature. But, also knowing that it has the battery backup and if necessary the keys that it came from…I can’t even think of what else I’d do to secure my home.Maybe a moat?..For someone whose home was broken into in 2021 (and I live in an area that you’d never think…. But it was, and I lost a lot of precious items) this extra sense of security is what I think not just someone like us who’s home was broken into, but anyone who wants to protect their belongings and even their family members. The door is locked at all times now and I know whoever is coming in has their fingerprint or knows their code. I really feel more relaxed with this finally installed. With my old door knob…I also I had a dead bolt above it and thought I would be not I,possible to break in, but not as easy…..and that they managed to open also. The police said it was because it was double keyed (a key locked us in at night and opened it from the other side when we locked door). We had one key that was practically stationary on the inside to lock the door, but there certainly were times that one of the kids couldn’t find their kids and would swipe that key to get back in later. That being said: it was also fault for so many reasons. I had my kitchen remodeled and any one of the 20 workers (construction, window, painter flooring tile plumber, electrician) could’ve taken that key out and copied it and put it back without any of us even knowing,The police said that they also made it look like it wasn’t easy to get in (as if they didn’t have a copied key) they bashed up the bottom doorknob lock. It was what the police were focusing on, but nothing we could prove. I hope nobody ever has to be violated it that way in their home.I feel this is a much better solution than just a lock and key. I’d give it Fifty Five Stars if I could. Safety is an issue these days.

Product Worthy of 5 ⭐ Just Needs Proper Instructions- Which I've Provided
The media could not be loaded. OK! Here we go! So, first thing I would like to mention is that everyone before me who got frustrated and just gave up, did give their best review...HOWEVER, I did go the extra mile and check the company's website and pdf information to try to figure out the missing links, and when that failed, I reached out to support- writing them a lengthy email, in which the responded to rather quickly and once everything was clarified, they were able to email me the pdf with accurate instructions. Like with everything, nothing is perfect, so I would like to use my confusing experience to make yours as easy as possible. You will see that I am attaching a video and several screenshots of the instructions, what I wish to clarify on those instructions is that where you read "0#" or "Admin password # 2" for example, what they mean to say is that you must press 0 AND #, or after entering the Admin password you follow by pressing # then press 2, personally I would have it read: "0 + #" or Admin password + # + 2. Once I figured this coding out, my personal code and fingerprint set up was a breeze! In regards to the annoying Beep tone, on the instructions where it reads, "Open/Close Buzzer," are the instructions on how to TURN ON/OFF the Beep Tone.Aside from the big company FAIL to not simply provide these intricate and imperative instructions that are instrumental to the proper functioning of this wonderful (yes, WONDERFUL) door handle, the product in and of itself is, in my opinion, five star worthy. The packaging was very well done, the hardware installation, after watching the video provided on the Amazon product page (sadly the paper instructions that ARE included is more or less for the birds), was simple to complete, and once my personal code and fingerprint was FINALLY SETUP, it works perfectly! A couple days ago, I was like a sailor stuck in the doldrums, but today, after contacting support and figuring it all out am a very happy camper! For now, until the company can rectify their errors and supply purchasers with adequate instructions and guidance for both installation AND setup, I will have to give this 4 stars, but would have and will happily give 5 stars once those things are corrected. In conclusion, I would and DO recommend this product, just be sure to screenshot my pictures to reference for setup and note what I clarified earlier for those instructions and you should be golden! I hope this helps! :)
