Something that works for a week in a row is better than something that doesn't work right out of the package. However, the proof of anything is whether it works in the long run. So far, after about one week, it works quite well. It's like rating a new car after 1000 miles.

The product is great, we love it. Its very easy to use, and there is less water/moisture left on the floor than our regular mops. We wish the packaging had been more conservative. There were two boxes used, and one was huge for such a small product. We will recycle as always, but it seemed excessive. Thanks!
