It's a great belt! It locks securely just by pulling it through, and it releases easily by lifting the edge of the buckle. The belt itself is good and sturdy too. As a nice little plus, the backside of the belt is numbered to make cutting to fit a little easier. It looks pretty stylish too!

Great looking belt. Buckle seems to be very well made so far with some weight to it. Delivered quickly. It will be nice to have a belt that doesn't show hole fatigue after six months.

Like other reviewers, it was hard to find a perfect fit belt. This one is it. The quality is nice also. I can wear it with casual or dress clothes. I bought it in black and may buy another in brown.

Had my belt now for almost a year. Like the belt, and like the looks of the buckle. But there is a problem. The belt keeps tearing out at the point where the buckle teeth go in. Each time it happens I have to cut about ¼ of an inch off and put it back in. This has happened so often that the belt is now almost too short. This is the only problem I’ve had. If anyone know how to correct it please say so.

Have not had this belt long enough to rate its durability, but it appears to solve my long term belt problems. I ordered this belt with black leather and gold buckle and have since ordered a similar belt in brown leather without a buckle. Since it very easy to change the buckle this will allow me to have both belt colors that I wear, especially on trips. The buckle is very solid and heavy, so I don't need the extra weight of two complete belts. Previously I wore reversible belts that inevitably separated and wore out at the buckle.

It would be nice if belt was reversible. Buckle is really good looking. My wife commented on it the first time she saw it. Belt is stiffer than I have been used to so tend not to use it as much as I could. I assume that in time, it will feel more flexible.

I purchased two of these (at about 1/3 of the current sale price here). Having a moderate beer belly yet still liking my pants held tightly in place, after a very short period of time (but longer than the allowed product return time frame), the gripping strength wore down. Sometime, when bending over, the belt would unhook itself. Probably, for anyone with a slim and trim midriff, these might be very workable, however a regular hook and loop belt is far less risky whether six pack abs or half a keg gut.

Belt was very easy to size for my growing 16 year old. The belt should last a number of years while he grows. You do need a very sharp knife, or a sturdy pair of sissors.
