I did why? I got mine before it was even released in toys r us because toys r us went out of business. I have the complete set with 2 Obsidian Fury’s.

Is it able to go in water?

Well, the plastic parts won't be harmed by water, but there a metal parts that are used as fasteners and springs that absolutely WILL rust & fail if exposed to water. I would say "No".
