Great all around product!!
I recently purchased this smart cabinet lock and I’m really impressed with how well it works. The installation was incredibly easy — no drilling required at all, which was a big plus. It comes with clear and straightforward instructions that made setup quick and hassle-free. One of the best features is that it works seamlessly with both a mobile app and an iOS watch, giving multiple ways to unlock the cabinet. It also supports RFID cards and NFC, which adds to its versatility and convenience. Overall, this lock is perfect for securing drawers or cabinets at home or in the office, and it looks sleek and modern too. If you’re looking for a smart, easy-to-install solution, I highly recommend this product.

Seller should be barred from Amazon
This lock deserves 0 stars, but that isn't an option. As soon as I put the batteries in and attempted to connect the garbageware app to the lock, the app prompts you to push the "wake up" button. The only problem is, there is no "wake up" button on the lock. The only button on the lock is the reset button, and pushing the reset button, or holding it in for any reasonable amount of time, does absolutely nothing. The most I could get out of the device was popping the batteries in with the app open and ready to connect, and the connection timed out because the lock apparently went right back to sleep. This product should be removed from Amazon and the seller barred from ever listing another item again.

Easy to install.
Great lock! Super easy to use and took only a few minutes to install. It’s been a huge help keeping teens out of things. It’s a great value considering the ease of installation. I’m not sure on battery life yet but I hope it lasts a long time. Mine is on a rarely used cabinet.

Kids get into everything!
So we had to use this for the snacks cabinet. Having two toddlers means picky eating and sugar gremlins. We decided to lock a cabinet to keep school snacks in so they didn’t devour them in a day. So far so good. It was hard to figure out a way to keep them out without making it too hard to get into for us. This is working for now.

It does what it is supposed to do!
I have several RFID cabinet locks. This one by eLinkSmart is similar to the others but it has a couple more/different features that kind of set it apart - good and maybe not so good depending on your purpose for the lock. 1) Price - seems to be about double the retail price of others. This may be justified based on the other differences. That is a personal preference. Still, even though more expensive, none of them are more expensive than their worth, in my opinion. 2) Fail-safe - Whereas some brands give a remote USB connection to the battery compartment, this one unlocks the unit if the batteries become too low. If you are guarding food, candy, and other relatively non-valuable or dangerous items, then this is a very good feature. However, if you are using it for a hidden location for something more valuable or dangerous, like a firearm for example, then this is a very bad feature. 3) APP access - Personally, this is a feature that means nothing to me, because I have too many APPs on my phone and I don't want to add more. However, some may find this a selling point. To each his own. In Summary, this lock works well, is easy to install, and does what it is supposed to do, however for me, the extra feature where this unlocks itself if batteries run low is a deal killer for me. For you, it might be the best thing since sliced bread. Like I said, to each his own! Just turned my old media center into a lock box!
I recently have gotten into chemistry and in doing so have had some not so great chemicals and pointy objects hanging around. For most days that's fine, but I watch my niece regularly and it's always a circus show rushing to hide everything self sabotaging! I was planning on building a little cabinet and then saw my media center had a cabinet I no longer used and decided to turn it into a lock box. This turned out GREAT!! First of all, I had to plan this out a bit because my first attempt was moronic, as I put the reader on the inside and the trap on the door. This setup did not work at all and luckily they provide 2 double side adhesive kits. Once I finished being smooth brained, I finally set this up correctly. The set up is very easy. I marked the areas with little dots from a white board marker, applied the tape, and then pressed firmly. Within a few seconds it was rock solid. I may screw in the support screws that came with it for peace of mind later. Getting this functional was just as easy. I downloaded the "eSmartLock" app, set up an account, turned bluetooth on and connected to my lock (takes 2x AA batteries - NOT included). You have to register an account, but that was painless (although the password requirement system was "weird"). Once in on the app, you can register cards as well as a ton of other features. You can change the volume of the card feedback alert (although all volume levels sound the same to me). You can send a link to people to unlock the lock over the internet with usage restrictions (amount of times, time of day, etc). You can also change the system to be normally unlocked rather than normally locked. And you can also just click unlock on demand as the owner of the lock. It's really great and intuitive. This is perfect for my situation. I'm not using it as a legit safe, but feel you probably could... It's pretty high quality, at least for the price point. And the reader is very reliable. It scans through the solid wood door without issue (as my attached video demonstrates). I just need to keep little ones away from some not so safe things. The tape is definitely strong enough for me, but love that there are means to reinforce this lock. Highly recommend this cabinet lock kit. And who doesn't want a card reader lock!!

Adhesive doesn’t stick falls off super easy doesn’t protect anything
Don’t get this product when it first set up it didn’t require ur apple or WeChat account to be linked to this app. Now it’s asking you to give that info I will not provide any made in china electronics links to my apple acct or needing it to login . I just don’t feel safe about that . Also this lock is useless the sticker if u push a little harder it just comes one because the adhesive is so light so someone with a hammer or push a little harder can break this lock don’t waste your time or money

Cheap and weak
Cheap plastic construction. Minimal pulling effort would break it apart and gain entry to the cabinet or drawer. And though it’s designed to be installed inside a cabinet or drawer, the RFID/NFC signal is too weak to work through a door or drawer front. The Iphone/Iwatch app functions well except when the Bluetooth takes so long to connect that the “unlock” command times out.
