Excellent product

It’s cost effective and compact electronic lock, however it’s not full proof in the matter of security codes. With multiple combinations of digits punched on its keypad it is possible to open this door lock. For example you have kept a 6 digit code like 123456, then some one can open this door lock with random punching of digits 123456789 also. Hence there are bugs in this electronic door lock, I have reported this to the company representative, still waiting for his resolution on this bug. So please be careful in testing this door lock operation before installing it in your premises.

WORST PRODUCT YOU CAN EVER THINK OF AS CUSTOMER CAN'T change password by its own....it required to open lock physically and required to reset password...it's not possible to change personally but required technician for that....i have Godrej purchased recently but it's easy to operate. AND CHANGE PASSWARD. I FEEL ITS WASTAGE OF MONEY AND ENERGY AND NOT SECURE AS YOU CANT CHANGED PASSWORD. SO PLEASE DONT BUY THESE AT ALL

Yale installation technician came over and installed the product at no extra cost. Works great, and could easily be self installed if neeeded. Highly recommended

It does the job and means you can access the room or house without looking for a key. Can be useful if you need a secure room in your house and trusted relatives can be given the code.

Quick and not too noisy. Good quality so far. Not unnecessary features that will break early. Satisfying and it looks good for the future. The only downside compared to my previous 2 lock would be that you need to press the home botton prefore and after entering the code. The before hand press is frustrating when you enter your code before testing the door and it was not locked because you end up locking the door. Funny when you think about it but frustrating when it happens.
