I was having trouble keeping anything down, and learned that it was gallbladder. In the months prior, I was trying to stay hydrated, and a friend recommended this product. I absolutely love it. All of the flavors are delicious and the extra electrolytes helped keep me hydrated. FYI, it’s also good for a hangover. Lol.

Liquid IV really works. It provides fast hydration with great flavors that taste really good. My son and I love them. It’s a unique formula packs with electrolytes and essential nutrients help replenish our bodies faster than any other electrolytes. It’s easy on your stomach and dissolves easily into a bottle of water.

Big fan of these. I'm on medication that can be dehydrating leading to really bad headaches daily. It's always been hard for me to drink a lot of water but I love the Strawberry and Passion Fruit flavor so much it makes me look forward to getting another bottle in (Lemon lime is good too, Tropical Punch is surprisingly very blah). But, it comes out to $1.75 a pack which seems a little pricy so it's hard to justify having them on a daily basis. If the pack came with 24 or even 20, not 16, it would feel worth the almost $30. I'm pretty loose with my money (stupidly) so for me to think it's a little pricy says a lot I think. You can still get decent hyrdratioin benefits by using half a packet so I might try that out and see how I feel. Regardless, very glad I decided to try them.

This stuff makes me want more water! Adds just enough flavor to a bottle that it is perfect ! And it is good for you with the vitamins and nutrients!
