got taken on this one. seemingly purposefully bad service. Plenty of other similar sealers available.
I have bought multiple of these sealers. All have worked well, so I'd look at the options on here. This particular one, the fan went out (so the machine would overheat when started up) and the company authorized a return. They then confirmed receipt and said it was too long and couldn't be returned. Requested refund multiple times, then gave up and requested the machine back so we could try to fix it. No refund, no machine just emails going in circles. Machine was returned and confirmed more than 1 month ago today (2/26/18). Calling it a loss at this point.
