Everything work good the lineup on the teeth needed to be trimmed a little bit to fit perfect in the sprocket but it worked fine

I used them on my vw passat.

The lock-down pins were slightly oversized, had to remove the black ball ends, place the shafts in a cordless drill to rotate while simultaneously polishing via scotch-brite grinding pad to get the diameter down where they would work.

Used for a 2014 CJAA TDI to do a timing belt change. The pin does not properly lock in the the cam sprocket. I have had this with other TDI cam lock tools, the pins are slightly larger than the actual hole in the block, so I have had to grind them down a bit - unfortunately, my grinder was in storage when I did this job so, on this occasion, I was a bit stuck. Crank locks are good.

I used these pins to replace a water pump on a VW TDI one holding pin fit (only in the fuel pump hole) and the other did not. The provided crankshaft holder broken as soon as I tried to adjust the timing for the first time. I was able to purchase another tool from another vendor and perform the job. I would ask for my money back or a new set but it is just not worth it in the end.
