I debated on this for a very long time before I actually bought it. I read several reviews and I was frustrated because the photos in reviews didn't say what size it was. I bought the Queen sized couch in black. Other reviews mentioned there was velcro. Mine has a zipper that holds everything together. I am short, at 5'1", and the backing works fine with or without being up against a wall especially if the zipper is zipped. My kid is 4'8" or 56." The pillows are a good size as well, smaller than standard pillows but bigger than I thought they were going to be. As other reviews have mentioned. It IS low to the ground but it's also advertised with a description of it being a human dog bed so it is not made to be tall. It is not an actual couch but a great item for movies and cuddles in a loft or it could be used for a studio apartment if space is limited. We have used it for movies and fallen asleep in it as well which was pretty comfortable. When we got the item, it was a very heavy box and vacuum sealed inside. It took aboit 2 days to fully expand and is firm but like a memory foam type feel. The material is very very soft. I did not smell anything too chemical like once unpacked. I have not removed the outside cover but we decided not to eat or drink anything messy to prevent it from getting dirty. It DOES vacuum easily with the furniture attachment piece.

I got this for my dogs to have a dog bed in the living room that doesn’t make it look like I’m using a slumber party. During the day it stays in chair form! The pillow is the best pillow I’ve ever had so that got a regular pillow case on it and went on regular bed. I am so impressed with this. My dogs absolutely love it. Even I lay on it with them and fall asleep. I’m had tempted to the get the biggest one for my bedroom and have a couch in there during the day and then fold it out at night. Very quick and easy. It’s not normal memory foam. It’s so comfortable and you don’t sink in after awhile and get uncomfortable. Very impressed

The picture is nothing like the actual product. It looks way smaller. There is no way you can fit 2 people and a dog on this couch. You can barely fit 2 teenagers on this couch. It says queen size when put into a bed but it is smaller than a queen. If you have back problems or hip problems and can't get up from low spots, this isn't the couch for you. It is so low to the ground. Also you cannot sit back like a regular couch seeing as the back squishes down and flips back. The only good thing I can say is that it is super soft to the touch.

I bought 2 of these for my kids 10 & 6 for their rooms. We’ve had them for 2 months now and they love them and I love them to. I find myself hanging out in their rooms more. It took about 24 for them to fully expand. I got the pink one first for my daughter and my son loved it so much but she didn’t want him in her room so I got him the dark grayish blue one. Both the same size but the pink one has 2 little velcro straps that keep the back straight vs the blue one has a full zipper around the whole thing when in couch form. I definitely prefer the zipper on the blue on cause it helps to keeps it shape. The pink one is starting to warp since the Velcro strap barely work especially when you have a dog in the house that gets fur in the Velcro but also kids jumping on it makes it come undone. Still love it tho. I took them apart for the first time a few minutes ago to wash so I’ll update my review after i put it back on. Taking it off was easy. Also these couches are so perfect for sleep overs. They are extremely comfortable. I thought it would be to hot as we live in Hawaii but it’s not bad at all and doesn’t hold heat. Also forgot to mention in couch form it’s definitely not “adult sized” but isn’t tiny. I’m 5”9 and sit on it comfortably. No booty slippage. I wouldn’t get this as a main couch but it would be great for a game room. In fact if I had the space I’d get one for my room to lol. Once I update after washing the covers I’ll also post pictures how they look after 2 months and how the closures are different.

I'm giving it 4 stars because for what it is, it deserves it. It's not a couch for adults, definitely for younger kids, or an emergency pull out bed for a guest. The back is flimsy so unless rested against a wall, you have no real support. The way it folds and unfolds is rather cumbersome, fortunately it doesn't weigh much. Both the couch and bed mode are really comfortable and soft.

Had it for a month before writing a review If you are considering buying..DO IT! It fully got into shape in about 4 hours after opening. I Purchased for my son's room and it is so comfortable we all pile in. It's firm enough you are not touching the ground at all yet soo comfy. I wish folding it back into a couch was a little easier to navigate lol but it's definitely worth the money I'm very happy with this purchase. Not sure I'd purchase specifically for an adult but it is perfect for my 6 year old and us reading books playing games with him. I find my husband laying in it once in awhile taking naps lol he's 6ft and enjoys laying in it.

The picture is deceptive about the size of this. I would not recommend for adults but it would be nice for kids furniture. The surface is also rather slick so you slide down when sitting at times.

Comfortable feel, not deep enough to really sit back and relax or stretch out. Would be great for small kids and pets. Not getting rid of it but am getting something deeper.

Super cómodo, excelente sensación y calentito wn esta temporada de lluvia, lo q si es q plegadora es un ppco pequeño, pero desplegado o en forma de cama es super cómodo, muy recomendable!

Este no es un producto totalmente recomendable de hecho de preferencia no lo compren si ustedes lo que buscan es algo parecido a un sofá que se transforma en cama, ya que este parece más un puff como para un niño de 8 años, dos en cuanto al color yo pedí un gris oscuro y no es el gris que yo pedí, al intentar la devolución me dice que no hay artículos para devolver cosa que estoy anexando las pruebas de que sí me llegó y existe algún producto para devolver. Debo agregar qué es un producto demasiado caro para lo que es ya que por el mismo precio puedes encontrar a un sofá cama de verdad y de mayor calidad
