No proper response from Glen customer care and charging unnecessary for installation
Don't go with Glen product. For installation more than 3 days they don't bother to install the product. After multiple calls they agree for installation but asking for traveling charges as their service location is not in my city. Also no proper response received from Glen customer care. Better don't go with this product. Other brands are not doing this with any customer

I have brought Glen chimney in Jun and it stoped working from the first day I have raised complaint to customer care multiple times and no one showed up from past 3 months Think properly about service and buy the product

Not a satisfactory purchase
Bought this product a month ago and the glass has totally shattered while it was idle, raise a complaint against the quality of glass they use for the chimney but no response yet.

Poor service ,
It has been 6 days since the delivery, but the chimney has not been installed yet. Not in working and chimney pipe are also not fitted and one thing very bad behaviour of your brand Glen team and also talk with your Amazon team they blam to brand but I pay to Amazon for this product.

Worst product and service
High hidden charges by Glen. No team for installation from glen. No demo The team using iron wires to fix and cello tapes to fix pipes. It's like a temporary. The product also doesn't have proper installation kit. Need to spend extra After installing this my kichen looks worst

Sir, I am not happy at all for your service due to 10left after receipt of material but till date none has not confirmed us for commissioning even after paid the service charges while purchasing the product.
