I see that the beads are refillable; are the balls refillable or do you just buy a new cartridge with the balls?

The filter is just a filter, no balls or beads. It is a mesh cartridge and can be taken out and cleaned

What is the difference between a regular fwsp100 and this chrome siliphos filter?

I installed this filter in my water well system. I do like how it is made but i should of done a little more research and bought the 100 micron filter. I get fine silt and sand in my water and this 50 micron seemed to plug quickly. This is not the manufacturer or filter itself. I figured a 50 would be enough. I would recommend this if you have well water issues.
