Excellent TPU filament โ flexible, strong, and surprisingly easy to print
I was a little hesitant to try TPU since flexible filaments can sometimes be tricky, but this SUNLU 95A TPU printed much better than I expected. The black color looks clean and consistent, and the filament came neatly wound with no tangles straight out of the package. What really stood out was how smoothly it printed, even at faster speeds than I normally use for TPU. Feeding was consistent with no jams or bunching, and the dimensional accuracy seems very good. My prints came out clean with solid layer adhesion and nice flexibility without feeling too soft or rubbery. I used it for phone grips, protective covers, and a few small shock-absorbing parts, and it performed great for all of them. The finished prints are durable, slightly flexible, and hold up well to repeated bending. For a 1kg spool at this quality, itโs an excellent value. Definitely a great TPU option for anyone wanting reliable flexible filament that works well on most FDM printers.

Great flexible TPU
As someone who has been 3D printing for years, Iโve experimented with numerous filaments, this is easily a solid 5 stars. Print Quality: Right out of the box, the filament feels incredibly smooth and consistent. When I loaded it into my 3D printer, I was amazed at how easy it was to get started with no significant issues. The filament fed smoothly into the extruder without any jams, and the prints came out incredibly sharp and precise. Iโve printed several functional parts, including phone cases and mechanical components, and the results were fantastic. The layer adhesion is flawless, and the prints have a very professional finish. Flexibility & Durability: Its a nice floppy but durable TPU, not too rubbery, but enough to easily be able to print some flexible items. Print Settings: For those familiar with TPU printing, you know that it can sometimes be tricky with temperature settings and print speed. However, I found this filament to be quite forgiving. I printed at a moderate 220ยฐC extruder temperature and 50ยฐC bed temperature. It adhered well to both a heated bed and an adhesive surface, with minimal warping or lifting. I did slow down my print speed to around 20-30mm/s, which worked perfectly. The print quality was superb even with these settings. Surface Finish: The finish on prints made with this TPU filament is smooth and consistent, with no signs of stringing or oozing. This is often a problem with flexible filaments, but I didnโt experience any significant issues here. My prints had a nice matte finish, and there was no need for post-processing or sanding to achieve the smooth look I wanted. Value: For the quality of this filament, the price is incredibly reasonable. You get a high-quality product that performs consistently with minimal fuss, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to print functional parts or high-quality flexible objects. Final Thoughts: This TPU filament has certainly raised the bar for me in terms of both quality and ease of use. Whether youโre a seasoned pro or a beginner looking to dive into flexible 3D printing, this filament is a great option. It provides the perfect balance of flexibility, durability, and ease of use, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch TPU filament!

Durable and Beautiful
I've always loved the PLA from brands like Sunlu and eSun.. I figured I'd try Sunlu's TPU... This is my first time printing with TPU. From what I've heard, TPU is not terribly difficult to work with, but is prone to stringing because of the elastic nature of the material... This stands true, as far as I'm aware, because when I tried a flow rate calibration with straight lines they all just looked the same, even though there was variance in the numerical values. So, if you're trying to fine tune this stuff to be perfect, good luck! So far the only things I have printed out of this TPU have been: a squeegee fluid clearing blade, Pastamatic filament re-spooling dampers, an 'airless' ball, and some AR style mag pulls. The squeegee fluid clearing blade works great. Not too bendy, not too stiff. The ball was more firm than I expected, and required quite a lot of strength to compress, even though the model was pretty light on walls and infill. Since the spool dampeners on the pastamatic machine are a consumable wear item made to be worn down and drag along a spools sides, to prevent back-feeding or unspooling, I can't really give it a grade on durability... Just depends how fast you run your machine... But, I can say that I noticed grooves after just 2 uses - but i was running the machine at full drill speed. Lastly, the magazine pulls - aka ranger loops - They are surprisingly durable and the layers are well fused. This was kind of the real-world durability test of this filament for me. This TPU material is super grippy, and doesn't slide off anything easily, even when it's TPU on nylon polymer composite plastic. I was pulling on both ends with all my strength after putting the item on, for its intended use, and the material never slipped off the item, and the material never de-laminated or broke in any way. To say that I was impressed was an under-statement. This material is very well put together to fuse and hold shape. It is very bendy and flexible in some applications, when done correctly on small thin items, and in others like larger & midsize objects its quite firm. On top of all that, it's a great value, and looks amazing. The clear blue color is perfect. I'm very grateful that this comes on a plastic spool. Yes, it does look a little messy on the spool, but it's TPU - It doesn't have to be wound tight and held that way. As one normally should do when receiving filament, I immediately put it in my filament dryer after unpacking before any printing was attempted. If you do want to get the true TD value and HEX color values of this filament, good luck - but, I'll share what I got here: Each attempt separated by a comma - TD: 20.8, 21.1, 23.3, 20.1, 25.4 HEX color code:154BA4, 1953DB, 1850B3, 164DAD, 1751B5 Naturally, I'm obligated to remind people of the filament they're looking at and what to expect -- This is a TRANSPARENT filament. You're not going to get an accurate TD or color reading from it. Expect some variance! Best you can do is a ball-park number/code and program it the best you can into whatever you're working on. Check out the photos and video provided, please.

Just works.
Great stuff - prints with default TPU settings from bambu. No issues with using it as an external mount - cold pulls well and then just works for many prints without issue. I've only bought the black so far but seems consistent for color between reels. Good price for a 4 pack; looking forward to making many more things.

Good quality TPU, just expect some stringing
I've tried several budget filament brands, and SUNLU continues to be one of my favorites. Their TPU offers great value without feeling like a cheap product. The filament has a nice, consistent black color, and once printed, it has the flexible rubber-like feel you'd expect from a quality 95A TPU. My prints have come out clean with good layer adhesion and no issues feeding through my printer. The only downside I've noticed is that it can be fairly stringy, which is pretty common with TPU. It usually isn't difficult to clean up, but it's something to expect if you're printing detailed models or parts with a lot of travel moves. Overall, this is one of the better TPU filaments I've used in this price range. If you're looking for an affordable TPU that prints well and has a great finish, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

A good tpu filament
The sunlu brand has been my go to for the past year or so and I've gotten pretty decent results with it. Just make sure to tune it correctly and dry it. This paired with a sunlu dryer is perfect. Color is true to picture, prints easily if correctly set, this tpu is pretty good for elastic things or things that need to endure hits

Good quality TPU - reliable brand
Iโve been using SUNLUโs TPU mainly for printing waterproof gaskets, and itโs been doing exactly what I need it to do. It prints consistently once dialed in, with good layer adhesion and flexibility. The material seals well, which is key for gasket use, and I havenโt had issues with leaks when the design is right. It also feeds more smoothly than some other TPU brands Iโve tried, which makes a big difference on longer prints. Not much to complain aboutโsolid, reliable TPU that gets the job done.

Fantastic TPU filament for first timers
This filament prints almost as easily as PLA, is odorless and gave me good results. My main emphasis is on functional prints like caps for my astronomy gear, and this filament is great. I like brilliant yellow, so I can find a cap I drop in the dark or at the bottom of a dark bag. LOL The filament does need to be dried before printing, but after that, it worked with a combination of the default settings (pressure, retraction, etc.) of my Bambu Lab A1 and the temperature ranges from Sunlu. I got a little very fine stringing on the collet for my eyepiece holder in the photo that could be fixed with some changes, but I didn't bother. The two caps came out just as I needed - The outer cap is slightly smaller than the thread diameter and the inner one slightly larger so they slide in and grip the very fine threads that don't print well. I've had them on the scope for a few trips, but they work great and have just enough flex to work exactly as I want. Unlike the really squishy prints the collet had 35% infill and the caps had 4 surface layers (top & bottom), which gave a good combination of strength and flexibility. I'm very happy with this filament, especially since it was my first try with TPU!

Very consistent and high quality prints
With print profile provided by Sunlu, the print results on Bambulab A1 mini are quite precise with a smooth surface, strong layer adhesion even at high speeds. Also this tpu has allmost no stinging. 30% Cheaper then competitors gives a good price/quality ratio.
