I have a 2 lock combo. Both work on the same app. This lock is well built, easy to install and looks great. Works great a well. With the Nice DIGI app. Easy to set up in app. Also key if You forgot to replace batteries and it dies. You don’t need a subscription like some of the reviews I’ve seen about this lock. You can set and customize it to how you want it. So far so good. You do have to get a gateway if you want to open it remotely from anywhere other than home. One time buy. I ordered one haven’t came in yet so I can’t write a review on that part. The gateway cost $7 there’s some for $30-$40. Whatever you preference is. All the gateway does is connect your device to WiFi constantly so you can use your phone from anywhere to unlock it. If you don’t need or want that feature. Don’t need it. Don’t need to waste $. All the other features you get. Bluetooth lock and unlock with app when in range. Multiple fingerprints. Looking for easy, secure deadbolt lock for a good price. I recommend this. Paired with a smart handle door lock. On same app. Just a tap and you’re in. No more keys. Easier, faster and secure. You will get notifications on what time, date and the person that went in and out.

As easy to install as any deadbolt. Fingerprint reader works pretty well but takes a couple try’s at times. Works better with thumb prints than other fingers. Would recommend

I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The fingerprint lock broke within the first three months of normal use. The materials also feel flimsy and not durable, so I don’t feel comfortable leaving it outdoors as intended. Overall, the build quality does not inspire confidence, and I would not recommend this product.

Recently brought the NiceDigi deadbolt like the style of the lock not to bulky. Fit perfect on my security gate. CONS: Had lock for a year now it’s started not reading the finger prints and also not locking back after door is closed. Tried to reset the item but it’s not connecting. Also it’s not available on Amazon anymore. its states CONNECTIVITY is WiFi. But you have to buy the extra WiFi connection to use remotely. And it do states what WiFi connector that works with the lock.

Connects fast , easy to install , works great with kids , locks , looks amazing heavy duty lock for price was surprised, works great with fun , just have to be close to it , you can't unlock or lock from say work or at store , you have to be close by , is not wifi , is Bluetooth so distance is key

I purchased three of these. They were very easy to install & easy to set up with the fingerprints etc.. However, the system does not seem to remember or recognize the fingerprints after they’re put in. In other words, it worked when I set it up and then later on tried to open the door and had to use my phone instead of my fingerprint because it didn’t recognize it…ugh! Otherwise, they’re pretty cool and also relatively affordable.

Easy to install, user friendly app. Easy to set up finger print. Really like that the auto lock feature and you can set time delay. We did however had a hard time getting copies of the key. We went to several places until one store was able to really match the key. Overall we would buy another lock and would recommend.

Easy to install. Works great and very easy to use. Wish you could re-key them, but minor detail. Customer service was very responsive. Very happy!
