Yes it's easy to apply, if it doesn't stick as well as you'd like it you can add double-sided tape and it is shiny..

How do you take this off?

This product can be removed directly. If the stick is relatively tight, you can heat it with a hair dryer to make it easier to remove.

The white ones can be painted, but no other colors.

Does this come in a rusty color, or can it be rusted?

Yes, its own color is gun metal, close to the color of metal rust. The product is made of PVC material and will not rust.
