We used to take it with NAC to promote glutathione production, but have now gone to pure Glycine, for our Glycine source. We have continued with the collagen though, because of the many benefits it provides for skin, hair, nails and joints. This product contains collagen from several sources such as bovine, fish, and chicken, as well as vitamin C all in a regular sized capsule that is easy to swallow. The smaller capsule means you have to take more (4) per day. Good quality collagen can be expensive so $20 for a one month supply is right in there with other sources. Ilike that the only other ingredient is the gelatin capsule. The bottle has a “best by” date of 7/10/26, which is quite a long time. I like this product a lot, and would recommend it for anyone wanting to supplement with a high quality collagen.

Made in the USA, without fillers or preservatives, non-GMA and gluten-free! Standard dosing requires FOUR capsules daily, therefore the bottle with 120 capsules is a one-month supply. This delivers on effectiveness, but the downside is the need to take a significant number of pills to meet the recommended dose. It's a bit inconvenient, and I would prefer if the dosage could be consolidated into just one pill. While the collagen benefits are there, the multiple capsules per serving make it less user-friendly. If you don't mind the pill count, it's a decent collagen supplement.

I was previously using a powder version and would add that to my coffee (no taste). I switched to this and basically enjoy the same benefits as the powder version.This is simpler to use as you just take it like a vitamin.

I’m extremely hypermobile and have heard on and off that I might like to try a supplement like this, so here I am.It’s a bit early to tell because I have not taken these for a long period, but I have not had issues with joint pain or subluxations in that time either. It’s very possible these capsules are helping with that. I’ll probably be able to say this more confidently after another few weeks (they say 4 capsules a day, and it’s 120 capsules, so that should be a month’s supply…more realistically I am usually taking 2 per day).I do taste the egg white or membrane in these (reminiscent of meringue) so I’m confident in the ingredients being what they say they are. Looking forward to seeing how these help my joints long term.
