It works with my Samsung tv but the button sometime require you to press really hard for it to work. Beside that, it functional, does what I need to, not as great as the original remote from Samsung. good price

They work for 2-3 months and then the buttons wear out. I bought two of these and they were both the same. They work great initially. You’re on top of the world when you first set them up. I’m shooting commands at the TV like I’m drawing my six shooter in the old west. Every shot lands. Behind the back, under the leg, it doesn’t matter! Then the response rate slows. The button presses do not register with the TV. So you start pushing the buttons harder. That works for a while. You learn to live with pressing the button thrice for every command. But soon it’s 5 times, and now you’re pressing the button 10 times before it registers your input with the TV. These are so bad, they should never have been manufactured. This is like the first production run where with testing you would realize that the buttons do not work and that they need to be redesigned. Replacing the batteries makes you feel like the problem is fixed for like a day. Don’t buy these.

Works okay but you have to hold the button down longer for it to do anything. It makes navigating slower and more frustrating. If you click quickly to try to move through menu options fast, it will not register anything, you'll just be clicking into the wind. The original nvidia remote is more responsive.

horrible! the first one i had, one of the volume buttons quit working almost instantly. i lived with it because i liked the pre-selected buttons that this remote had. i bought another one and it ate thru 3 sets of batteries in a week. even tho it was only 6 dollars, im sending it back. you should replace the cost of my batteries too! how ridiculous!!!!

Works pretty good out of the box, but just like the previous two we ordered from someone else, it is hard to turn the TV on, off and change the channel. We push on the button, pointing it at the TV, and most of the time, we have to push several times to get it to come on/off and/or change the channel. I'm sure it's nothing to do with the seller, just China making cheap stuff. It was a good price and exactly like the one that came with our tv (that the dog turned into a chew toy), but if it doesn't work for a very long time, it's not worth it.

Needed a quick real remote control for my Nvidia Shield, this was affordable, very fast and easy to set up, does not work with the normal size “covers” but that’s OK though So far so good. Very happy with this item.

Could be better. It works well enough. Setup was a non-issue, my television recognized it immediately. I do have to press the buttons harder than I would expect to get a response, but it's good enough for now.

Uhhh, this remote doesn’t take AAA batteries!!! No way they would fit! What a piece of crap I have the remote woes! This is the second one I tried!!! !!!!

Bought this to replace our old shield remote. I think we have the 2015 model (I'm not sure). Anyway, it's amazing. The buttons are soft touch. It paired very easily. Once it paired our shield prompted for an update for the remote. The remote itself has been great: responsive, fast, works well. I also love that it's AAA batteries and I no longer have to fight with the cell type battery.
