I used it for conference call with Zoom, Team and Google, it is working well in all platform. The speaker sound is clear and not too loud. The volume and mute controls are simple and easy to reach. I like it so far. Only if it has a rechargeable battery will be terrific.

Plus: It's small. Palm-sized. My coworker saw the case and thought I had bought a new set of Bluetooth earbuds, because her Bluetooth earbuds have a nearly identical case. She was amazed it was a USB speakerphone, since the ones we have at the office ( Jabra Speak 410 USB Speakerphone for Skype and other VoIP calls (U.S. Retail Packaging)) that we use for Google Meet are much larger -- nearly twice the diameter.Minus: Sound quality is not as good as the aforementioned Jabra that we have dozens of where I work. I expected it not to be as loud -- it's a smaller speaker, so that's reasonable -- but the echo cancellation hardware still isn't quite as good. I'm not sure if that's due to an inferior chipset or a lack of multiple microphones located on different sides, or what.If you get one that has an obvious echo, as if you were just using your laptop's built in speakers and microphone, it's defective. The first one I received was defective and had a horrible echo, but the seller offered to send a replacement immediately. The second one definitely doesn't have the obvious echo (I tried them one after the other in the same Google Hangout call, and the other end definitely could tell me which was the old defective one and which was the new one), but they did say that even the new one wasn't perfectly clear like the bigger speakers. More like most of their sentence was being squelched properly by the echo cancellation, but just the beginning of the first word was making it through.

I work from home and use an Skype for business for calls on a laptop running Windows 10. This speaker is so much better than wearing a headset all day, I can hear everyone loud and clear, notifications, music and on conference calls people can hear me very well without that weird "breathing" that can be heard sometimes when you wear a headset.It turned out to be such a great speaker and was very loud, audio was clear eliminating background sounds and has cool intuitive controls. Aside from the audio quality I like the touch buttons for controls that are sensitive and the lights that change on the device to show status.. It was completely plug n play with my Mac Mini and sounds just as great, it also works well with FaceTimeOverall this is the one I kept and would recommend it to anyone over the others I tested.

Love this speaker / mic. Got it because my laptop mic stopped working. This works amazing. Actually purchased a 2nd one so I don't have to carry it back & forth for work.

Extremely easy to connect, just plug into a USB port and finished. The speaker is very clear and can be heard from across the room. The cord is about 3’ long, so you can move it away from your laptop fan and keyboard (I experience quite a bit of unplanned noise from other participants in online meetings due to laptop fan and keyboard). Maybe one day they will learn to mute... but not today. The microphone works well I would guess for people in a 8’ radius, outside of that people would have to yell. I have recommended this unit to others in my organization. It is a good value.

Software for the device seems a little glitchy - meaning that I have had to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it multiple times but when doing so it only takes a minute - performed reset because either the microphone and or speaker would stop working randomly - also the speaker aspect does not provide a lot of volume however if its sitting on your desk within a few feet from you it will be fine. I have not had any complaints about the microphone so I believe it is picking up my audio clearly. Item seems to be constructed well

this speaker is a great value--amazing price point. it does come with a fairly short cord, so be prepared to have the speaker fairly close to whatever PC you're using. i tried extending the cord with a 10 and 25 foot cord from amazon--and ymmv--sometimes the one cord works in one situation, and not in another. but the original power/data cord works fine--it's just very short.of the 2 PCs and 1 laptop we tested it out on, it worked on two of them. on one PC--the USB 3.0 ports (or power supply) were just not strong enough to power the speaker effectively. it would flicker on/off 3 times a second--making it not usable.love the price. wish the cord were longer and the power issues were non-existent. but if you are need a speaker close to your PC/laptop, this is totally worth trying. test it thoroughly when you get it to make sure it draws power and functions properly for your setup. you'll know fairly quickly.ps--the customer service was very responsive and fast--within 24 hours. i ended up going with a plantronics speaker that cost 4x sadly. but it did have a longer cable that i needed. really wish this kaysuda would have worked out.

This is the “version 2” of their product and does not look like the pic. It is USB-C and the mount is on the side nearer to the face than in prior version. It also has the brand name in the center of the speaker that is backlit by a LED. These changes from the earlier model may have impacts depending on your use case.It’s also reasonably large at roughly 128mm in diameter. It comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable and a carrying bag.Mediocre quality for mic and sound. Won’t be replacing your stereo speakers anytime soon, but sufficient for general conference calls.Works in Linux. Plug-n-play standard setup.

This speaker arrived promptly and was well-packaged. It is much louder and clearer than the previous one we had and we are very pleased with it. Well worth the money.

This is a great plug and play set up, mic picks up voice with no problem apart from people talking over eachother, would highly recommend

The main reason for buying it, is that its sound is louder than the sound of laptop speakers when attending meetings, but unfortunately its sound is lower than expected.at the end not recommend from myside , and there is a brands better more than it.
