Game changer
I’m not one to leave reviews but I have to on this product. It has been a game changer for me. I have had hemorrhoid surgery and continue to have issues with that. I still bleed and have pain. After using this it has helped me a lot. I have order this multiple times and keep it on hand. I use it a couple of times a day and it helps with the bleeding, the pain and hemorrhoid flare ups. I highly recommend this for anyone having any of those issues. I also have fissures so I have a lot of rectal problems. This product has helped me with all of that.

Effective for Relief!
This cream is completely worth it! The lidocaine helps ease the pain so much! It’s odorless and very effective. Not a treatment but it does help the discomfort!

Best hemorrhoid cream. It has all the right ingredients
I have used many other brands but this one seems to be the best. It has both Lidocaine and many botanical extracts to heal and shrink the hemorrhoid. I will only use this brand since it’s reduced the pain, shrink the piles and heal it. Not many can do all that.

Warning - can be good but beware
*Edit - One month later* I will not change my original star rating on this product, but fair warning to anyone using it: DO NOT OVERUSE. I'm serious. It was such a help and relief that I used it more than the package instructed to. It was the only thing that helped. Until it didn’t. Everything was getting better, finally. But then the rash started. And the itching got worse. I continued to use it, not realizing, as it was the only thing that helped, but the rash just got worse. The skin began to harden and the itching and burning was unbearable, worse than what had originally prompted me to use this product in the first place. It was a vicious cycle that I finally broke when I realized that the solution WAS the problem. I had gotten contact dermatitis from overuse and the only way to fix it was to stop using it completely. After a few days without it, the itching, burning rash is finally beginning to calm down. So please be careful. Learn from my rather embarrassing mistake and use only as directed. Okay, the original review is below: --------------------------------- This helps a lot, though I wish the effects of the lidocaine lasted for longer. Still, it's a welcome relief. I will say that it has a bit of a burn when you first apply, moreso than say, Preparation H, but it only lasts a few seconds before relief sets in, and it works better. I would recommend.

Great product
I bought this out of frustration, as I had a flare up that wouldn't go away for about five weeks. I get a flare up once maybe twice a year. I use this for about four days to a week. And the hemorrhoid completely went away. Great product.

Helped..... but didn't cure!
Seems to be better than Prep H. Nice Cooling effect!

Try Preperation H first
I’m not sure if it’s much better or any more soothing than Preperation H. It’s a lot more expensive but after almost 2 weeks I have found little relief
