Doesn't Last Long
We have had the shower installed for just over a year. The circuit board which operates the lights, radio, fans (in fact everything that requires an electrical input) is dead. Thus it is effectively out of guarantee! In addition, the tray is leaking. It looks pretty and when it was working was very nice, however I do not feel that a large purchase such as this should fail so quickly. If I had paid the £2,000 plus which it would have cost from the store I would be furious. As it is I cannot recommend a product with such a limited life.

Looks good but no matter how hard the plumber tries it will not stop leaking through the seals. Read lots of other reviews which states the same problem

Product good Supplier poor
Finished product excellent problems with holes not lining up and the main connection tray to shower body was faultyPlumber was needed for two days to resolve so lot of extra fixing costsService from supplier was non existant even when you got through it was always not their department and they would get some one to ring backThe only time I did get a response I was informed it was too late to do anything, I was asked to send photos of the problem, I did but have yet to receive a reply two weeks laterWe ended up fixing the two components together by drilling new holes in the frame and adding a few extra fixings

Cant wait for them to close down
Very poor quality. No holes line up. Leaks everywhere. 3 units fitted and extensive damage caused to house what they are refusing to pay for. Try to fob fault onto installer but was all factory faults.Cuatomer service is dire and if you are unlucky to get palmwd of to Abbie Smith /Manager shes a nightmare and sends snotty emails. So rude. Needs sacking.Left out of pocket a fair bit by just purcasing a shower.Never use them again

Not suitable for U.K. Electric ...so why sell to U.K. Residents??

Amazing shower cabin
Brilliant price seen it on video not fitted yet let you know when we have the cabin shower fitted. But it looks Amazing delivery was perfect delivery man even carried it into my house. Thank you
