Fantastic flavor
Didn't know exactly what to expect, but ordered this for several new Turkish recipes. This has an outstanding flavor and consistency. I first used it on dates, stuffed with a bit of cream cheese, topped with a roasted walnut -- and drizzles with these pomegranate molasses. Fantastic!!!! And everyone I make these for absolutely raves about them. Also used them in several other Turkish mezes and I was thrilled. Will definitely reorder -- much better than just substituting balsamic molasses.

Love this stuff!
Where has this been all my life?!! I love adding this syrup to all kinds of things: stews, sauces, dips, brownies! The slightly bittersweet taste adds a deeper dimension to many of my dishes. Heck, I might add it to my next bowl of cereal! Love this stuff!
