Great shine for the price!
Love this lip oil. It gives a gorgeous shine with a subtle hint of color. It's not tacky or sticky. The taste is sweet but not overpowering and doesn't taste gross (at least to me it doesn't). It has keep my lips soft without chapping. And it's a great value - cannot beat $8 for this lip oil.

Smooth, dark enough, delish
Tried this 'lip oil' and like it so well that I'm getting an extra one for my purse. I have an olive complexion and this Blackberry Agave is flattering and totally moisturizing. Not gummy, not sticky, just right thickness and can use over or under other lipsticks. Yum.

Doing Godโs Work
If youโre here, youโre lucky because I am a lip gloss fanatic and I have tried so many oils to help you decipher some of the best formulas. Of the affordable lip oils, these are my favorites to use (from least to most): Nyx Fat Lip Oil (polar peppermint): Not terribly sticky, but I donโt love to reapply this one. The formula just isnโt my favorite. It offers a tingly sensation on the lips, but doesnโt give me that minty fresh feeling when I inhale like Iโve experienced with other peppermint lip balms โ the mint just kind of โsitsโ there and tingles on the lips if that makes sense.. I guess itโs better than the C.O. Bungalow peppermint gloss because it doesnโt leave this white residue the way that one does when reapplying. But I donโt notice any plumping and I donโt love the sheer blue pigment, so itโs on the bottom of my faves. Iโd still be curious to try out their clear one. Nyx Butter Gloss (clear): The first near โlip oilโ I tried because I hated the tackiness of traditional lip glosses. I donโt have many quarrels with this other than Iโve now tried smoother, non-tacky oils which I prefer because they are more slippery and hardly sticky. This formula gets grainy depending on the weather. It contains a lot of product for the price point, which is wonderful if youโre looking for an honest and affordable gloss. Gingersnap is for the baddies Tower 28 Lip jelly (sesame): This is about tied with the Nyx butter gloss for me in terms of performance. Sesame is a gorgeous everyday color and non-sticky gloss which Iโm able to reapply without any white buildup on the lips. Personally, I donโt love the scent โ smells like old coconut? Maybe my batch wasnโt fresh. It isnโt an overpowering smell and I canโt taste anything so it doesnโt bother me. I would say itโs mostly on par with the butter gloss texture, but maybe ever so slightly less sticky on the lips which I prefer. Con is itโs on the pricier side. Donโt be fooled by the packaging โ you actually get more product in the Nyx butter gloss for way less money. Milani Lip Oil (passion fruit coconut): This lip oil is highly recommended. I like it! Again, donโt love the scent itโs like it wanted to be a pineapple coconut but it just missed the mark for me. I tried the most clear color, but I think I will be trying Coco Cacao as I read it is only a faint brown color that fades over time. It is also moisturizing on the lips and a good price point. *edit: the scent / taste of passion fruit coconut grew on me. Def would repurchase Smackers Fruit Glaze Lip Oil (banana): I know this was probably made for children, but can we talk about this ? It is COMPLETELY non-sticky. Oh, I love the formula so much. The scent and taste ? Exact replica of a banana laffy taffy. I mean Iโm obsessed! This is my go to for an every day shine. Con? Zero lasting power. Maybe 30-40 mins. However, itโs super cheap and has lasted me 3 months with regular use (+ reapplying through the day). I also wish the packaging were a bit slimmer. If youโre looking for a nighttime lip oil to swipe on before bed without sacrificing one of your fancy oils, Iโd say this oneโs great! Homebody Liquid Love Lip Oil (by Kali Uchis): My โhigher endโ lip oil. I LOVE it. The scent is of a sweet rose: divine like Kali. Itโs moisturizing, lasts longer than my beloved childrenโs lip smacker oil. This oneโs my go to clear gloss when going out with my boyfriend. I use this in situations where I need something to perform reliably through eat and drink, no residue / white buildup from reapplication, and I can kiss my boyfriend without it getting in the way. Itโs pricy, but this is the one for me so far ๐

Love love love
Iโve had this lip gloss for a while and I love it. Smells good. It lasts a few hours. Itโs is smooth but just a tiny bit sticky, I just put it on a little lighter. The color is so beautiful. I also love how big the applicator is. Super easy to apply with how big the applicator is.

Lychee Nectar Review
The picture I included is the gloss on top of my Colorstay lipstick. The gloss by itself is pretty sheer with a little tint of color. This particular shade doesnโt compliment my light complexion well, but itโs nice as a top coat & the formula is very nice. I get very dry lips in the cold months, but this doesnโt dry them at all & actually helps keep them soft. This is a thick gloss. If feels very โcushionyโ on the lips which is nice. Itโs not extra sticky. The longevity is that of any standard gloss. Youโll want to keep it with you to reapply, as itโs not long lasting. Nice, pleasant scent. You can taste it a bit alsoโฆa little sweet. Not sure if I love it enough to purchase again, but I might try another shade if it gets my lips through this winter hydrated. Update: after using for a few days, It causes a reaction on my lips similar to windburn. Red, irritation around the top of my upper lip. May need to discontinue

Very nice buttery gloss!
Wow! Not sticky. Not too thick. The shine is just enough. This plum color is beautiful! This will definitely compliment anyone! Paired this with a warm brown liner and it gives me that perfect 90โs lip!

Smells like candy and tastes pleasant. Not sticky at all and the consistency is pretty nice. Only downside is there is no pigment what so ever, comes off like a clear lip oil on me.
