A Good Jumprope; But Not The Best.
This rope left me with complex feelings: I thought the rope was good, but not the best. First: I am a woman 5'8 in height. This jumprope was the perfect for my height. I cannot image it being used for anyone taller as it barely fit's me. At first I thought that there must be more rope in the handles because I read from another reviewer that a man 6' used this and had to adjust it, but when I noticed there was no more rope, I couldn't help but to laugh. Two scenarios must have occurred, he received a different rope, or his review was bogus. There was nothing for me to cut unless I was super short. The weight is a bit light for cardio jumprope, and sometimes doesn't swing well for "serious" jumprope cardio. If you do some serious jumprope you can handle a light rope like this one, but also you may want to choose a slightly more heavy rope swinging and maneuvering the rope without it whipping around to swing on your legs. But if you just doing straight cardio for perhaps boxing or fat burn : This is really a good rope. That is why I have mixed feelings about these ropes. It's worth the price, seriously (worth) the price. Two for $10 is a fair deal. They are worth $5 bucks a rope anything more would be over priced. I will use these jumpropes and it does fit my height; at this time it fits my needs. But I am a bit at a cardio disadvantage as I cannot do some more tricky jumprope styles without it getting tangled "midair" because of the weight of the rope is thinner than most "professional" speed ropes. I am used to purchasing jumpropes from fitness businesses. If your looking to begin jumprope I suggest a bit more heavy rope will help you train. This thin rope may not work well for beginners because I can see it whipping someone on the legs if your not used to jump roping. if your advance you can use this rope without it whipping you, but if you want more complex moves, you want to (also) have a more heavy rope. My feelings are mixed ; I like this rope but I know I would not purchase it again.

I'm 5'4" and the length was fine, but they were also used by a 6'1" ...
For the price, these jump ropes can't be beat. If you really needed to adjust the length, you just pop the handle cap off and tie a new knot. I'm 5'4" and the length was fine, but they were also used by a 6'1" person and he did well too. I actually bought 4 of these for group workouts and have been very pleased!

Sturdy, strong
Sturdy, strong, and a quality rope. It's a good length and weight. The grips are comfortable and I have no complaints about this rope. I'd recommend it to beginners, kids, and workout enthusiasts. I hadn't used a jump rope in quite a while but the transition back into the "sport" was seamless.

Goood rope, but don't buy if you are over 5ft 8"
For the price, it's actually a decent jump rope! Unfortunately, the description does not tell you that the rope that comes with it is nearly fully lengthened, and not workable for taller people. I'd estimate 5ft 8inches would be max height. I'm 6ft, and it is far too short!!

I'll be jump roping like Rocky in no time.
I purchased this jump rope after watching American Ninja Warrior and getting a false sense of my own athleticism. The jump rope itself is great, easily adjustable once you figure out how to use it. The same can't be said for my jump roping skills, but only time will tell.

Really comfortable and FAST jump rope! 👍🏽
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This type of rope handle is my favorite! Allows for great speed and control with the rope, easy and fun to use👍🏽 Check out our full review on YouTube at Weak Endz Barbell Club channel

Decent jump rope, but have a wirecutter on hand
This jump rope is reasonably priced and fairly easy to adjust if you have a wirecutter. The rope itself is metal cable covered with plastic, very similar to the cables used to secure bicycles. The cable itself is light, and the metal tends to prevent it from tangling, which is a big plus. There's also a small nylon carrying bag with a drawstring included. If you need to trim the rope, the way I did, you'll need something that can cut through a thin metal cable, like a pair of wirecutting pliers. I found it too sturdy to cut with scissors. There's a plastic cap at the end of each handle and a kind of retaining clip inside that you can slide to where you want it on the cable. Cut the excess cable, replace the handle cap, and you're good to go.

Not That Great
Very disappointed with this. The handles are comfortable and the length can be easily adjusted. The problem is the cheap plastic rope. It's not weighted and it twists on itself. When trying to use it, it tangles and catches on my feet, almost tripping me. It was folded up for shipping and may need time to unkink itself, but if it were properly weighted, this wouldn't be a problem. I'm sending it back. I'd have better luck jumping rope with piece of clothesline.
