SkechersMen's After Burn M Fit - Wonted Slip-On Trainer

These Skechers shoes are the best pair I've ever had from the company. I've been a Skechers fan for many years and I've bought many different pairs. I'll be ordering a second pair of this one soon because I like them so much.I wear a size 11 and Skechers is the only brand I find that keeps the shoes the same fit across shoe types consistently. They fit snugly and do not slip. I was surprised to find I didn't need to break them in. They breathe well, are supportive in key areas, and provide enough cushion to stand in them all day.I rely on my shoes a lot as I do stand and walk all day long. Not many shoes can keep up with me or give me the support I need. These shoes grip really well and make walking a breeze. I haven't found anything I consider an issue or complaint yet in the first couple of weeks I've worn them. I see no signs of wear either. Other shoes I've worn start showing signs of wear at this point so I'm pretty happy with that.I'll update if anything changes but I think I have found a favorite pair of shoes here.

I like the extra wide. Fits great. Memory foam forms to your foot. The more you wear them the better they fit. I don’t understand why selecting a different color changes the price and delivery date. Strange. Otherwise, I would buy these again and would recommend them to someone looking for a good value.

I bought the shoes on the recommendation of my doctor after having leg and edema in both feet for almost a year. The first attempt to put them on didn’t work out too well - just couldn’t get either one on and was about to give up and send them back. A couple days later i came across my shoehorn and decided to give it another try. Still a little difficult but I managed to get one on, the other just wouldn’t go but, since that foot has more swelling, I was determined. After a closer look at the shoe I saw it has elastic bands along the tongue so I cut the top band, tried again, and voila, it fit. After wearing a few times they have become more comfortable and I’m glad I, for once, followed doc’s advice.

For me, the Skecher Afterburn SlipOn is the most comfortable shoe that I have ever owned. I have purchased 3 pairs in the last two months. I was concerned that Sketcher would discontinue the model by the time that I require new shoes. They are extremely comfortable. the five elastic bands across the top, keep the shoe perfectly snug. The memory foam insole is great. My only complaint and it is very small, is that when slipping on the shoes, the back of the shoe sometimes rolls in. I then have to stick my finger in and lift it out. Not a big deal. Also, these shoe have a much more resilient and firm sole, unlike many of skecher's models. They are non slip and I expect to get excellent wear from them.

My husband requires a wide width shoe. He wears only Skechers. . This is a slip on shoe that looks stylish and has been perfect for him as he recently had surgery on his arm and cannot tie shoes!!

My husband informed me after wearing these that he will never buy another brand of shoes again. He said they feel great, aren't to heavy and are perfect for his job. He loves them!

Bought these for my husband. They fit his foot well and they are comfortable.The wide width gives him a better fit but not tight.We recommend these Skechers shoes. Will buy again.

I have been looking for some time for a decent pair of slip-on (no laces) runner/hikers in my size (14xwide). Something that looks good, fits well, and doesn't break the bank. I am a large man, and I have some mobility issues, particularly with bending all the way over to tie the laces on a regular pair of shoes. As a result, I wanted something that I could easily slip on for short uses outside without having to go through that discomfort again and again. These Sketchers fit the bill (almost) perfectly. These are VERY nice and GREAT quality shoes! They are easy to slip on, yet fit snugly enough so as not to feel loose or floppy. They are exactly what I have been searching for, with one small issue only. I realise that obviously everyone's foot/fit is different, and my one complaint is that although these are indeed extra wide, they do not carry that width far enough down the bed of the shoe to be perfect for me. The toe bed narrows towards the tip more than I feel it should, and this is the only reason I cannot give 5 stars. I find that my toes are still a little stuffed together more than they should be for an Xwide. These are my 3rd differnt style of Sketchers, and I have found this same problem with all 3, to varying degrees. However, in this case, it is not enough of a discomfort that I am unwilling to continue wearing them, or even be willing to buy another pair. The icing on the cake is the price. For me to be able to find a pair of shoes I like the style of, in my size (and just about width) and type (slip-on) for $75 Canadian, is absolutely unheard of. I am pleasantly surprised and extremely happy, and as I said, we're it not for the toe bed being a bit narrow for me, I would give this purchase a solid 10 out of 5 stars.🙂

These running shoes are just what my 23 year old son, who has weak fine motor skills, needed! His feet are size 14 extra wide, with a high arch and he can't tie shoe laces. Found these shoes at Skechers last year, but of course they didn't have his size, so I tried Amazon. Shoes look like they have laces, but they don't, they just slip on. I have 8 pairs stored away for future use. He can't just go to a store and buy shoes, stores don't carry his size, and they won't order them for him. I worry when they discontinue these shoes, what will he wear then? Now to find a winter boot that fits him and has no laces!

I have no problem with the fit & finish, as these shoes (size 8) fit the same as all other shoes I have. Unsure how they might fit a year from now, but hopefully similarly to how they do now, as they are fairly stiff. No complaints, other than more colours of this shoe would be nice, as I might purchase more down the road. The sole has a good gripping to it, so I would think they would be good for light hiking, walking in the city or going to the gym.

These shoes have the usual Skechers comfort and are fairly sturdy and I think very good value for money. Waterproofing would improve them especially as they are slip on and so there are few points where water can enter. The slip on fit means they are slightly less tight around the "throat" than lace ups giving a feeling of being about a half size too large (good for those with broader feet I imagine) although lengthwise they are a good fit so It's a question I think of getting used to their slighter looser fit.Update June 2022 - in my lazy way I've been putting these shoes on by pushing my foot. This has resulted in the material at the back of the shoe breaking and exposing the metal/stiff plastic support which blister my heel (photo not very clear but shows tear in the fabric where support pokes through and rubs the heel). I accept this is my fault but I'd expect manufacturers to anticipate and design for this? I'd buy again but be careful how I put them on (use a long shoe horn). Otherwise the shoe is sturdy and has worn well.
