I bought this for a tummy tuck I had done. It worked excellent for compression to help with swelling. I recommend for a post surgery compression garment.

Update after a year of use. I find all binders extremely frustrating to order sizes are confusing and have a huge variety in presentation. HOWEVER, after trying several, *This is the BEST PRODUCT I have found.* It holds up with size and shape without rolling or stretching. It conforms the best to a female figure, even with curves. I keep hoping they will make a black one to blend better with my clothing Beware of what size you order. I ordered according to my measurements and it is 10 inches shorter than the measurement it is "supposed" to fit. They do have a secondary line that shows the actual length of the the device, but that compared to the measurements it fits are very deceptive!!!!!!!!!!! So frustrating as the binder issued by the hospital is falling apart and I need one now to use for several more weeks. This is too expensive for this issue. Overnight orders also not available. I ordered the next larger size out of need for a product like this. Both of these binders are about 2 inches smaller than the "actual length" claimed, which does not match the measurement length at all unless you want your belly button touching your spine. Significant to note that when I emailed customer service, they responded with a much faster refund than Amazon would have done.

Great belly band for everyday use. Fits tight, great for my wallet, durable. I do recommend to not buy it if you’re going to want to sleep with it after surgery. Good belly band for posture and lifting heavy things. And if you need more compression on the belly area.

I bought this primarily bec I have a diseased liver and when I have a lot of fluid accumulation in my belly, it is painful in the liver area until I have it drained. Compression helps. I also have a bad back and it is helpful with that as well. According to the waist measurement chart, L/XL is supposed to fit up to 56”. I am 49” and can barely get this to secure with the initial wrap. 7” is a big discrepancy. Trying to decide whether I want to send it back and order the XXL or just have my husband help me get it on. (I tried lying down to put it on and that didn’t help.) It is sturdy though and holds once secured. It is comfortable, not hot, breathable and is well. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 bec of the sizing. Otherwise, it is a nice binder and worth the money. I have worn it today and have had no issues with it rolling up or down with position changes (sitting, standing, lying down), so I would say it is good as far as functionality. I do recommend it for anyone seeking support in the stomach or back.

I got this to support my abdomen. I wanted it to pull and hold the musculature tight. It is very tall and I am not. It pushed up against my boobs and dug in some. It also rode over my hips so tightening it enough for what I wanted it to do with my stomach wasn’t completely possible. I just couldn’t get it to work on my Pooh bear belly. It is thick and sturdy and may work better for a taller non curved body without hips.

50+ year old male. Over the last 30 years I have had multiple abdominal surgeries. Lymph node, incisional hernia X3, bowel obstruction. This binder offers more support than any other I have used or have been prescribed. the velcro has amazing grip. Once your strapped in the binder and anything its hold in isn't moving. Most recently I had 4 incisional hernias one the size of a cantaloupe another the size of a baseball and smaller one from my pelvis to my sternum. I used this binder Pre-Opt to basically hold myself together until I was healthy enough for surgery. Post-Opt I wore this binder and it really kept everything together. Helped with everyday moving around, when I would sneeze or cough. It was a life saver. In addition to that it helped shape and form all the loose skin once the hernias were repaired. I ordered one size down because I knew Pre-Opt I really need to everything inside. I also prefer a tight fit. I hope this helps someone.

So horrible. Didn’t work at all. I had a c-section and this thing did nothing. It rolls and the Velcro is not strong at all.

Excellent product!! Easy to put on and adjust to your comfort and support. It's very well made and virtually invisible under my clothing. It's been a big help after surgery and it's superior to the binders the hospital gave me.

This binder belt was perfect for my weak abdominal muscles. It was the right width, any narrower would have been not comfortable to wear. Having the two extra straps keeps it snug. I use this for all strenuous activities.

Comfortable fabric. Adjustable straps give full control on how much support you feel you need. Reasonably priced.

Worked well

Purchased as a replacement binder after an extended tummy tuck and has made a world of difference. Great support, much longer than the one given to my at the hospital and I feel it has much better control. I ordered the L/XL and I am a size 10/12 and feel I could have gone down a size, but still great.

If you are looking for stiff firm support this is for you. Sturdy but I found it too sturdy and sitting down wasn’t possible as it didn’t flex enough for me and was hard and felt sharp under breast and dug in at groin and I am not overweight. I had to get one that had more flex for comfort after abdominal surgery and needing compression. Quality is good but too stiff for me
