Really good customer service
I bought this shelving unit for my garage and it was easy to assemble and a great size so I ordered a second one. Unfortunately, the second one arrived with some slight damage on one of the shelves. I tried to contact the seller directly but was unable to. I was able to contact Amazon customer service who, in turn, reached out to the seller. Amazon was able to discuss a satisfactory resolution which did not require me to return the unit (I felt certain it could still be assembled and would work fine) and the seller was very responsive and accommodating. I was very pleased and able to put the shelving unit together and try to organize my garage. They are sturdy shelves and look good - although that’s not really important to me for my garage. They were also a great price and I appreciate the seller’s commitment to making me happy about this purchase.

Difficult assembly
Clips fo not stay in place on poles making it hard to get shelves level. Not very sturdy, cheap metal, but ok for lighter storage items.

It is very hard to put together definetly a two person job mine is a bit lobsided 😭 but im to lazy to fix it back overall great product nothing came broken !

Perfect!
We bought thse for use in the garage. They're perfect for it and we can still get our 2 vehicles in the garage.
