I dont usually write reviews, But in this case, I had too. My 80 pint, 5000 sqft Dehumidifier Arrived on time. I unboxed the unit and waited 24 Hours according to the manufacturer, Fehom. I plugged the unit in and the power light came on. I ran the tubing from the unit to my condensate pump tank. then ran tubing from pump to my sump pump pit. I then turned the Dehumidifier and the Digital display read 80%. I left fan on low speed and the humidity at 40%, I let the unit run for 24 hours. The condenser shut down at 35% and the fan kept running. AT this point I called Fehom and talked to KAREN in customer service. I asked to check that I had a 2 year warrenty and also asked about the continuous fan operation after compresser has stopped. After She asked for proper documentation of unit, she verified my 2 year warranty. she also verifed for me the fan running continuous after compressor shutdown. Im very happy, for both choosing the right company and having someone, KAREN, helping a customer out, great customer service. After i registed this unit i receiver a letter of submission. 3 days later I bought a second Dehumidifier because i have a split basement. After doing the same. Second unit is doing fine as. I registered this one also and received my second letter of submission. Im very happy i picked this company. Karen was very happy to assist me. It was very effective removing moisture from the air. Recently, the device that monitors the water level broke and fell into the water drain. I contacted Fehom’s Customer Service Department and reported the problem. The consultant identified the problem and suggested a solution. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. Liked the size and ease of use when I bought it. It has a hard time keeping up with a 1,500 square foot basement in the middle of summer to keep the humidity below 45%, always running. Good thing I have a hose connected draining into my water heater blow off drain pipe so I can run it continuously.

This is the best dehumidifier I have ever owned. It's super efferent, small and very quiet.I have the dehumidifier in my garage put the drain hose into a 5 gallon bucket. I even recycle the water into my garden.I recommend this dehumidifier to any one. I thinking of getting another one for my basement.

This product sucks. My humidity sensor, which is the whole thing, broke in under 2 months, and it's taken me over a month to get a new one.... from China. They sent me new sensor with NO instructions, then a video of instructions in CHINESE. Not helpful. I took one hours time to take the whole machine apart and insert the new sensor, but it back together and it did not work. Lovely. I had to be firm with them on via email and they consented to refund me my money less tax and shipping via Amazon gift cards, not to my credit card on file with Amazon. Sketch.If and when I receive the Amazon gift card codes, they wanted me to delete this review.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND CERTAINLY NOT THIS PRODUCT. Total bust:(

I ordered this dehumidifier from Amazon. Unfortunately it wasn’t working. I called Amazon and they transferred me to Fehom manufacture. Because I’m leaving in Canada so I can’t return the product back but they still refund me with the whole amount of money. I appreciate the effort from Fehom services. They tried to resolve the problem as quick as possible.
