Bicycles, Airships, and Things that Go

Got this for my 2 year old nephew. He loves cars and tractors, and I wanted to get him thinking about other modes of transportation and saving the planet, early! His hipster parents really appreciated the thought. :) I think he liked the book too - it's in his normal bed time request list.

I got this for my son's fourth birthday and it's a hit!! Love the detailed drawings and wish we had a PDF version for sale so we can print more for school kids etc. It's a little too expensive to buy large volumes in paperback. This is a great starter to sustainability lingo for kids ! Look forward to the next one!

We need more books for pre-school/elementary school children like this that focus on big picture sustainability... there are some really great books that talk separately about recycling or litter or composting or gardening etc., but I haven't found another one that connects all the dots. Both are needed to foster education for sustainability and system thinkers.
