If you have an American billiard table and want to try playing snooker, then these are for you!Snooker is usually played on English billiard tables with smaller pockets than American pool tables. The balls are also smaller than American pool balls.I find it uncomfortable to play with the smaller regulation snooker balls on my American pool table. It's like playing basketball with a volleyball--or, something like that.Anyway, I like to play snooker. So, this is a great set to set the game straight.If you like the smaller balls, then buy a set of those. These are not them, and it clearly says so in the description.As you can see in my photo, they fit just fine in a snooker ball tray that is also available on Amazon.This set is a little pricey, but they are made by Aramith. So, they are high quality and should last many years, if you take care of them.

High quality snooker balls. 2.25” is the perfect diameter for an 8ft table and the forgiving pockets of a US pool table. I only use 10 reds and not all 15. 15 is a bit crowded. Not like I’d be getting a 147 break anyway…

These are high quality balls. Not many snooker tables in the US so using these on the 8ft pool table and the ball size is perfect for the American sized pockets.

These are the exact same balls as your standard 8 Ball/9 Ball billiards. Had to order a tool from ENGLAND to mark my table;e appropriately but these work perfectly on my 8' Pool Table!
