This tiny little chef hat was perfect for a newborn photo shoot I did with my grand daughters. It’s adorable and fit great!

This was adorable for my nailed it party! Not sure what my 3mo head circumference is but she’s 25% for measurements and this fit like a glove. If you have a small newborn this will be too big. Does have some stretch!!
