I know this is technically made for toppers, but I use it with my wigs and it is amazingly comfortable. I don't like how regular wig grips feel in the back as the extra bulk tends to hurt my ears. The thin strap in the back stays put very well and relieves that extra bulk. I do wish there was a way to keep the extra "wire" from hanging down because it makes it impossible to wear with shorter styles, but considering it is made for toppers that would normally have hair covering it and not wigs, I can't fault it for that. I absolutely recommend this product!

I agree with other reviewers about the little silver balls on the halo wire sticking out through the topper hair. I used this grip yesterday and all day I had to keep fussing with my topper hair to cover the balls up, they constantly kept poking out. Also quite expensive for what it is. The grip fabric piece worked well though. Not sure if I’ll return it or try and sew my own elastic strap in and try that

Ordered different bands to hold topper to relieve pain caused by side clips. This is the one that works great. Comfortable and pain-free. Negative reviewers didn’t read instructions regarding size and how to pull sizing string. Also you may have to move clips in order to fit. Really works so I can wear my topper all day comfortably, including messy bun styles which pulled on the clips prior.

Great way to hold your hair topper on without needing to clip the topper to your hair. Somewhat expensive for what it is; but can't find it any cheaper on Amazon, and is not available in hair/wig shops or other stores. You clip the topper to the little head band, has a clear stretchy cord to go under your own hair in the back to hold it in place. It can be tricky trying to get the correct tightness to hold the hair piece in place but not be too tight on the back of your head/neck. But when you get it comfortably snug, it can be a little too loose and you risk it being pulled off along with your topper-that would be embarrassing. But it is better than hurting your natural hair with the combs. And if you don't have enough hair to snap the topper to, this is a great way to have a topper work for you.

Now that the weather is warming up, toppers vs. full wigs are much more comfortable but they've never really felt secure and the clips can hurt. This little miracle works great to keep the topper secure and comfortable. Some reviews say it doesn't work well, but you have to make sure you put it on with the velvet going the right direction so it "grips" your hair. If it slips, just turn the band the other way and voila!

The band does grip the topper. As an extra security measure it does the job.

Even though I ordered the small size, it doesn't come close to fitting. My topper doesn't have a front clip and the side clips are less than 3 inches apart whereas the small comfort band gripper holes are some 4 inches apart. (See pic showing fold this creates in the band, creating a lump under my topper so I can't wear it.) Worse, even though you don't have to use the clips to grip your hair, the closed teeth of them are still pressed against your head, which hurts. Further, the triangular hardware attachments for the translucent band extend out from the comfort band where they can be felt and could even potentially be seen. While Milano's idea is good, it needs a major redesign that 1) positions the clips between the topper and the comfort band so they aren't right on your scalp, 2) locates the attachment hardware for the translucent band under the topper so it doesn't show, and make it in a lot more sizes to be useful and comfortable for everybody.

Love this!! I’m a chemo patient, not really into wigs but like my scarves. This literally keeps my scarf exactly where I want it thru cleaning house etc. I also have bang clips and wiglets - not sure how well it will work with the hair pieces but for scarves A+++++
