Bottom line, it is a good book but if you've already read the MW series there isn't much new.
I'm a big fan of the Market Wizard (MW) series so I bought this one as well. As another review states, if you've already read the other books there isn't much new here. Kind of like reading the cliff notes of a book after reading the book. If you're new to the MW franchise this is a good sampling and summary of the other books. In the weeks around the release of this book, Schwager was putting tons of quotes on his Twitter account from Market Wizards. I kind of expected/hoped this book would be like that where he would introduce a concept and then support the idea by quotes from a lot of MWs. This book does that to an extent but each topic has 1 or 2 supporting excerpts from the larger books with more writing from Schwager. I would've liked to see more supporting quotes from MWs and less from Schwager.Bottom line, it is a good book but if you've already read the MW series there isn't much new.

Wonderful experience and lessons
I had the opportunity to read the first book of the series Market Wizards and I felt very impressed with the amount of useful information that I could extract from the multiple interviews made by the author. Well this time I've found something even more precious, a resume of the most important features that successful traders have in common compiling the work of over 20 years, It's a wonderful book full of important insights made by probably one of the best trading authors in the entire world. Important tips inside that would be very useful for beginners up to professional traders.

Very good
This audio book discusses some of the recurring themes in the following books by Jack Schwager: Market Wizards, The New Market Wizards, Stock Market Wizards, and Hedge Fund Market Wizards. At first it disappointed me, since it omitted some of the four source books' important themes, but after listening to it a few times I accepted it on its own terms, likening it to a tasting menu at a restaurant. Bottom line: this is a useful audio book -- great for listening to during the daily commute. I've listened to it around a dozen times already.

Could not put the book down...totally pulled in.
This book was recommended and I am delighted with it. I plan to re-read this book periodically to try and keep the tenants in my memory. There are lessons to help guide investors away from pitfalls of the market. Risk management.

Very insightful
My FX journey began almost 2 years ago. It’s been full of ups and downs, but what I’ve realized is that I’ve truly been holding myself back. I’ve got to go for it! Retirement is right around the corner.

a Great little Market Wizards book
This little book is a quick read with nuggets from the Market Wizards. It is a very good review of the original books, but shorter and yet just as powerful concepts for trading.

Love Jack's books
Jack is a great writer and this is a nice book to get your head in the game every now and then. I recommend the other Little Books.

Great summary of the main book
Great summary of the main book, and gets down to the important points in as few pages as necessary. This book is a great refresher when you are having some down days and getting inside your head when trading. But I think the main book deserves a read as it dives deeper into each trader and their stories.

Absolutely brilliant. I have read all the Market Wizards books but was highlighting every page of this puppy. Worth it.

Another great Market Wizards book.
Another very good book by Jack Schwager. This can be used as either a warm-up or a recap for the 4 part interview books.A nice little condensed book containing a concentrated collection and summary of pure trading wisdom and informative gems.Highly recommended, and goes perfectly with his main Market Wizards instalments.

Nuggets of wisdom
Instead of reading the over 2000 pages of the four original Market Wizards books you can start here...and read the less than 200 pages over the weekend. It's not a "how to make money in the markets" book. Instead it gives you nuggets of wisdom - nothing really new, but an essential reminder of what could make you a better investor.
